I needed to get a leaky shower replaced quickly. Micah, the Newpro representative, was here the next day after I called. The leaky shower was removed and the new shower put in within 1 week.

I got a good deal and very functional shower in the process.

Hi there. My name's Eric, and I recently hired
NEWPRO to do the roof of my house in Spencer,
Massachusetts. I found them via a Facebook
ad. Um, they sent the salesman
out to my house at my convenience. He was
courteous, uh, prompt, which is a
big thing with me.
And, uh, he showed me their whole catalog
of, um, architectural shingles from my
roof.
Um.
He also explored uh some different avenues
of, of different items like uh
metal roofs and whatnot, but I wanted something
that matched my garage currently. So,
uh, great company to work with,
very prompt.
Um, they had a great clean area.
They arrived with a dumpster, um,
on time and courteous again, which is kind
of a pet peeve of mine. Um.
I had 0 issues. The workmanship is
second to none.
They went above and beyond for me. I had a couple
things that I asked them to do while they're up there,
no problem.
Um, from what I could tell, I was
at work for most of the day, but I came home
and they had all their safety equipment
out. They had harnesses and whatnot, which
was good to see.
Um. Again, they were
very good. I would recommend them and I did
to my daughter and son-in-law,
uh, which they're gonna meet with them
from what I understand in the next week or two.
so again, I wouldn't have any reservations
with hiring NEWPRO again.

We just got these new windows put in by NEWPRO. We
had a bunch of windows replaced after we had our first
one replaced, did such a nice style that we
signed to these other windows. The first one they did, they
took out
the slider that we had here, and we just had an
idea like we wanted a window where you could pass things
through and we can put a bar area here. They came
back, did the whole measurements on the window to fit
the existing trim we had in here,
trimmed everything out on the outside, all the work's
done on the outside. These windows were unbelievable.
They move so smoothly.
High quality, they got this uh
manufactured wood on here, so the lero
and also
put your hand against the window.
It's cool to touch and it's about 30
degrees or maybe 28 degrees outside right now.
You see feel no air. So this one
though. These
two windows they directly replaced, 2 smaller
ones, and then this big picture
window.
We had 2 windows on the side and
a picture window.
We told NEWPRO we wanted something bigger,
big picture window. So they came, measured
everything out, and gave us this giant
picture window look straight outside.
Um glass is crystal clear again,
great to the touch.
All the screens that we have are a lifetime warranty
on the screens, and we did one more window that's.
This little pocket window.
It's actually one of those twist out windows,
but fit in perfect and removable
screens so we can get those replaced damage
ever happens to them.
But again, everything went right back to the way
the way it was before they had put the windows in.
I'm sure the outside was way too cold out, but
everything is trimmed in perfectly outside, all
cocked, all sealed,
they look fantastic. There's one little window that
I want to show you.
This is the first one that we had them do.
Uh, this one I brought in many spots
is old with the house, but again, it's a
lot of detail.
Uh, you get this big arch. They came in, they
measured the actual, uh, arch,
so they knew the actual degree on the arch when they,
when they, when they to replicate it.
Um, these windows 10 times better
than what we had here before.
Again, you know, these got these single locks here,
very easy to open.
The handles actually go and they, uh, they hide.
When they came in, they put all the trim back
on the exterior, they actually molded
the, the archway for the exterior trim. So that's
all composite on the outside.
Um, molded that whole thing and trimmed out the
outside, and
now the window is, uh, is completely good.
So, unbelievable job by, by
Nutro. The windows are beautiful
windows, and, uh,
yeah, when they say they'll last a lifetime, I, I believe they
will last a lifetime.

Hi, we just had our home
sided with NEWPRO.
They did a fantastic job. Um,
our original wood siding on the
home was starting to bubble up,
and, uh, we felt that it was time to
get rid of that and
we looked at NEWPRO and all our
products and everything. And we're happy with what
they offered.
So we had a salesman come over, Daniel,
uh, he was fantastic.
Uh, he, he worked, uh, he went
through everything from start to finish with us, how it
will work.
We chose the product. Uh, they came on
time. They finished, um,
the whole job in 3 days, which
was amazing, we thought.
Uh, they're very courteous, very clean.
Um, and along the whole way, Daniel
was in touch with me as well as Todd.
We, before this, we chose NEWPRO because
we used them for a bay window that we had done,
which is beautiful. They did a fantastic
job with that as well.
Um, so if you're thinking about using NEWPRO,
they're the ones to go with. The pricing
was great. They gave us an excellent deal on labor.
The product itself, the siding looks
wonderful,
um, and they're very courteous, like
I said.

PRO Solutions were, was an
amazing company to really work with when it came to
remodeling my shower.
I met with Jeremy, who was very
kind and very professional, and he came and took a
look at not one but both of my showers
in a result to
really telling me what I really wanted, and
I was really
telling him what I wanted and I wanted
a rain shower. I wanted a bench and I
wanted these little floating islands and I wanted
my white marble
uh looking.
Uh, for, for my bathroom, for it to really
stand out and for it to really shine.
And so when he came up with the pricing,
I said, OK, this is exactly what I wanted.
And when the plumbers and all the remodel
people came to the house, they were really
professional and very kind.
Uh, when they came to my house to really
take a look at everything, they put
some um matting down, so it didn't really
get any dirt on my stairs or on my
floors. And I really enjoyed working
with NEWPRO Solutions. They
made it very seamless and very
easy to work with,
and I really enjoyed the process, and
I might even uh recruit them again to do
some of my windows on my balcony.

and uh I'm a customer of NEW
PRO. I looked around
to find someone who could replace
my shower that could supply me
with what I needed.
My husband is totally handicapped
and I needed someone or something
that would be very accessible
to him to take a shower
that was easy for him, not dangerous,
and also um
something that could get done quickly.
I had the gentleman from NEWPRO come in.
He told us all about it, and
we decided to go with them.
Since then I've had a few issues, different
things. I've had to have the
shower, um, gro
not grow, but the chalking redone.
And um my seat
they replaced that
I had to have my shower head fixed
they replaced that never an
issue.
They came immediately after I
called.
I'm very, very satisfied it was
well worth the money.
I because of all the different things
that I have had done again,
I would recommend them to anyone.

We chose a NEWPRO company due to the
options that were available for us for our shower.
We had our total shower remodel done.
They did it in one day.
The gentleman for the salesman came out
and he was a very nice, showed us all
the options that we had,
financing options and stuff of that nature.
Um, the schedule was made,
they came out. The gentleman
that installed the unit
didn't bother us at all,
did a very nice job and stuff like that.
Installed it, took it apart,
cleaned up, and no issues at all.
Um, we have had one small issue
between now and then. It has been a few years.
We had one small issue, but like within one
day or something like that,
they were out here to make the proper repairs. I
recommend this company, they are very nice,
um, their products are great, mine is still in
great shape, easy to clean,
and everything like that. Uh, so I've
got no complaints.

When we found out that my wife had to have
home dialysis.
And could not use a bathtub.
We decided to have our bathtub
replaced with a walk-in shower unit.
We contacted NEWPRO through
an ad they had on the internet,
and the representative came to our house
and explained the process.
NEWPRO did as they promised.
They took out the old bathroom and
put in our new bathroom
within 6 hours.
We are very happy with the results
