My experience with Salvador Carillo and his team was great.The team was prompt, professional, and quick on the job. Sal walked me through the process from start to finish. He answered my questions and I felt at ease. The whole team was very, very respectful.
Having your air conditioner go out all of a sudden can be a daunting experience. My sales rep, Steven Franco, was phenomenal. He explained everything in detail, gave me time to consider my options, and came through once we made our decision. He even provided a couple of portable air conditioners for our bedrooms before the job was started. Overall, the service was quick and professional, and the billing was transparent. I would highly recommend this business to my family and friends.

Our initial meeting was great, but after we confirmed we would be moving forward with our roofing replacement project we were extremely disappointed with the communication we received. We had an appointment on Wednesday 5-6. We did not have anyone show up or communicate that no one would be showing up. The person that set up the appointment was texted to ask for an update, but we did not receive an response until the following day around 11am. At that time, we were told we had another appointment Thursday 5-6 and the previous appointment was missed due to the person coming from out of town. Around 7pm on Thursday, the technician still did not show/communicate. At this point we called the office to let them know we would not be moving forward with the project and that we were disappointed in their communication. At about 5 to 8pm, our doorbell rang - it was the technician. We informed him we called the office and would not be moving forward with the project due to the missed appointments and lack of communication. We had high hopes for this company as there are many great reviews, but are now left disappointed.

I did give 5 stars at first but then i had another technician come look at my A/C unit. Eric was very nice and helpful but was charging me more than I actually needed. I called someone else to come get a second opinion because I thought I was being charged way too much. Turns out, I was. The other technician said it was my capacitor that needed to be changed only. That it had looked like someone tampered with my unit to make it seem like I needed a lot more done. Grandmark said it was my circuit board and capacitor. That was a lie. I will not recommend this company and i will get more opinions from now on.

Eric Franklin came out and serviced my issues with my air conditioner. He was very professional, honest, took time to show me everything, and explained the situation. We came up with the best possible solution and he didn't take advantage of me. I was happy with the service and paid for the yearly maintenance contract.

Jerry , who came and did the fist inspection, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained different options to fit our needs.
The workers were hardworking and respectful. Samuel kept me updated on the progress periodically. They thoroughly cleaned up after each day they were here .
Antonio was my contact person. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very polite.
Miguel Angel who did our final walk through was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I would recommend this company to all who needs work done on their roof.

I am very please with Grandmark. I needed a roofing company and didn’t know who to go with and just googled roofing companies. I had read reviews and decided to go with them. Excellent choice from the beginning to the end. The team did an excellent job on replacing my roof. They are very dedicated and take pride on their workmanship . They explained the projects to the customers in details. So that we could understand what kind of problem and why we have that problem.

Adon customer satisfaction is top-notch, and their technicians are well trained. Where should I begin with my experience using Adon Complete Air Conditioning and Heating? They did an outstanding job installing my new complete air conditioning and heating system. I believe I received top quality, good value with responsive and on time service. First, before I chose an installer like Adon, I researched the different manufacturers out there, and Trane stuck out as being the best. Trane's warranty has 10 years on parts, so to me, they stand behind their products. Second, I wanted to find a installer that I could trust,  this was going to beca long term relationship, I wanted to go with a company that would not only install an a/c system,  but could service it. Adon provides exactly what I was looking for. They also provide a 10 year labor warranty going along with Trane's parts warranty, that gave me confidence that Adon felt the same way that I did, making sure you as a customer are taken care of. Adon provides an annual maintenance service plan coming out to ever everything twice a year. They are going to make sure your system is working like it should, tgey hook up testing equipment cgecking everything. I am very glad I chose Adon, I wanted to not only find an installer of a new air conditioning system but also replace all the ducting and wiring.  Jesse, who happens to be the owner, took care of everything from start to finish. Come to find out He has a background in engineering. When he heard, I wanted to also replace my ducting he wanted to come out and look at my home. He looked at everything from every room to the attic. He listened to my concerns and issues with the old system and helped me decide on what would be the best for what I was looking for. I found he has many years of experience installing and maintaining air conditioning and heating systems. He created and designed a ducting diagram and layout for maximizing the best air flow for my system. He helped me decide on an XV18 variable speed air conditioner. It has an 18 seer rating. This system saves on energy and will reduce my electric bill, but more importantly, it gives me a safe mind knowing what im buying is going to work like it is supposed to. He informed me of how all of his employees are trained and work as a team. When I saw how they performed, it was like a smooth running machine. Everyone had their place and worked great with each other together as a team. They got the whole system in place in one day. That was important to me because my wife works out of our home. I knew having all this done, especially having all the ducting replaced, was going to be a huge project,  but they made it seem very easy. Jesse's leadership came out on how everyone knew what to do and not wast any time. He informed me he has a training program setup there at his location with actual systems used in their training,  they each recceive training several days a week, they receive hands on training, so when they are in the field or at your home, they know what they are doing. It definitely showed. Jesse was there at the beginning and at the end of the completion of the installation. He made sure everything met his standards. He then explained to me how everything works and answered all my questions. I could tell he is very passionate about what he provides to his customers and his pride for his team. He wants to provide the very best service and customer satisfaction. I have no doubt that I made the right decision on going with Adon as my heating and air conditioning installer and maintenance service provider for the long term. Most definitely recommend them.
