Solar Optimum

Before going with Solar Optimum we shopped around with many different companies. Ultimately they gave us the better offer with price and warranty. Mike was great during the process as well, he directed us to the right people the talk to during the whole process. Overall good team, good people we’ll wait and see over time the effects on our bill.

So far very happy with the way the system is working. The whole team was helpful from the design team to install crew. Jose was knowledgeable and helped answer my questions.

Solar Optimum's staff from our main interface, to the field manager, to operations & service, to our installation project manager are all outstanding. Throughout the process, including after our install to assure system performance and explain system monitoring, the entire staff provided excellent support: very knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful.

After researching many solar companies and receiving multiple bids, some other "solar" companies neither have the expertise nor the high standards of Solar Optimum. In fact, rather than being solar professionals, some other companies seem less than honest and operate like shysters who significantly overbid system size, propose strange financing (like Power Purchase Agreements with accelerating costs over time), and seem to want to slap panels on the roof, get paid, and run. Not the case, with Solar Optimum which answered all our questions, expertly installed our system, handled all the permitting and inspection processes, and managed our project without glitches. Thanks to them, the week after our system installed, we passed final inspection and received our PTO the following week.
