Overall: Excellent experience.
In Jun 2023, high winds destroyed half of our ground panels; a trusted roofer gave me Seth's name (the owner of Spark Solar).
They did a good review and quote of the work - their quote was in agreement with the insurance estimate. They recommended putting replacement panels on the roof.
We did contract with them to put replacement panels on the roof and to repair any working ground panels. It took a while, but they worked with us and kept at it until everything was working correctly.
I am happy to recommend them.

We purchased our system in October and had it installed in February. We purchased our system from Wells Solar. We needed to have extensive repairs done on our roof and our panels needed to be removed for this process to begin. One of our panels was also damaged from this storm and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately Wells Solar & Electric LLC literally ghosted its customers overnight. This after paying them $4000.00 to begin removing panels. We called Spark Solar to remove and reset the panels after work on the roof was completed. They did so. They were prompt and professional. I especially appreciate Kyle Young for informing us what had been done and explaining how the reset had improved our production. Thank you Kyle and Spark Solar. We very much appreciate the integrity and pride you put into your work.

I used Spark Solar when we had our roof replaced. It was supposed to be a simple detach and reset, but thanks to Philip with Spark Solar, they found NUMEROUS issues with the original install barely 15 months earlier. Not only did they identify the issues, but they were also prepared to FIX THEM ALL! EVERY LAST ONE!!
When reinstalling, they took time to clean the panels before putting them back up. I know this is a little thing, but they HAND CLEANED each of my 35 panels!
The Spark Solar team was prompt and on time. They were extremely thorough, helpful, and courteous. I also found it VERY refreshing that the owner, Seth Wells, is a devout follower of Christ.
We knew going into using them that they weren’t the cheapest solar company to use, but they did excellent work. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Cheaper doesn’t always mean better.
If you are looking for a company who truly cares about its customers, call Spark Solar today. Our system is in better condition than when they found it, all because they cared enough and took time to make sure it was in good condition (no they did not do the original install, but I wish they had).
