We would definitely recommend Tundraland. They did a fantastic job. Our salesman, Brian was professional, informative, and didn’t make us feel hurried to make a decision. The crew was very impressive. They were like a well oiled machine.

When they arrived, Cory went through the material with us and verified the items he had were correct and nothing was missing. Then he explained the full process and layout of the new tub they would be installing.

Our home was built in the 1920s by the original owners so the lines are not quite square and level. He asked questions regarding our plans with the rest of the room, so he make any adjustments that were needed. Which will make our job easier with the rest of the project.

As Cory did the demonstration on the old tub Jesse, his helper, continuously removed the debris so there was never a mess. Scott, the plumber, was so quick and efficient on his arrival and install that we might have missed meeting him. At the end of the process, Cory went over the install and product, making sure we were happy with the results. The end product is gorgeous. I can’t believe how quickly it was completed. They arrived at 7:30 and it was completed by 3pm.

I have to say, this crew gave us a renewed hope on contractors. Last year, we had Feldco come in to put siding on our home and it was and still is a mess. They have been here 5 times to fix their screw ups and it’s still not fixed. Where as Tundraland’s people are well trained, they take pride in their work, and actually care how the customer feels about the whole process and end product.

Jake was absolutely amazing! His knowledge of the product, options and process, along with his recommendations were priceless. His confidence along with his presentation was a refreshing revelation in dealing with home remodeling contractors. Would definitely recommend 100/100!!!

We had a new shower installed in February 2024 and in June we found water pooling on the floor just outside of the shower. I notified the installers at Leaf Home Enhancement in Kaukauna Wis. and two weeks later John came to repair the leak and was not happy that he was not notified sooner about a continuous leak. John found the leaking connection inside the wall and immediately repaired it. John also noted all of the damage to the bathroom wall and floor as well as the damage to our basement ceiling caused by the leaking water and wrote in his report that all these damages needed to be repaired.
I did not hear from the installers until I called them 3 weeks later on 7-17-24. On 7-25-24 Luis & Lilliana from JB Custom Drywall showed up and started repairs at which time we found mold growing on the damaged areas. Luis & Lilliana treated the mold areas and did a fantastic repair job which included a difficult texture match to our basement ceiling. After completing the repairs, Luis took some of the damaged drywall with him for paint samples for repainting.
I did not hear from JB Customs for about 2 weeks so I called them to learn that they were not contracted to paint their repairs and that Tom from the installers told the them "don't paint".
I called Tom's number several times and got no answer so on 8-13-24 I called the installers direct line only to get a answering machine. On 8-14-24 Luke called from the installers and not only could not explain why JB Customs were not allowed to finish the paint job but suggested that I do it myself and get reimbursed. After discussing with other associates Luke told me to hire a painter and they would reimburse me as long as I had an invoice from the painter.
REALLY?!?!? We have a $20,000.00 installation that causes god knows how much damage to our home and the onus is on me to get it repaired? What the hell kind of business are they running there.
Needless to say, still no paint job!

I had a team come in and put in a new shower for me. Kelly and Adam did a fantastic job! The new shower looks fantastic. I have an older home and all the plumbing was replaced. They coordinated the plumber, pulled the permit and got it inspected. Wherever they worked was left cleaner than when they came. It was completed in one day

We requested a meeting to be on a Saturday due to our work schedule. Received a call 20 minutes after the appointment was to happen stating that the salesperson called in sick. Ok, I'll give you that but I am sure that they knew way prior to our appointment that he/she called in sick. Made another appointment. Salesman that did show was very nice. But, we ask for a written quote quite a few times but would not give us one. It was when they were advertising free installation and a shower door. With the amount he wrote down on a piece of paper was out of this world. What happened to free installation? How can a company send someone out to give you a quote and not hand you the complete quote? Just wrote the amount on their folder they hand you explaining their product. Needless to say there is no way we will be doing business with them.

We love our new walk in shower. I feel so much safer now that the huge soaker tub is gone. John B did the install and his work was meticulous. We went through Costco so we know TundraLand is a top notch company. Next up- painting the walls!

They had what I was looking for and they were very easy to work with for financing.

The experience with Tundraland has been great from start to finish. They came out to the house for us to design our shower and tub. Customer service was very helpful when I decided to change something. Our installer Chris G was friendly, did a great job and went thru cleaning and instructions. He put tarps down to protect carpet and cleaned up work areas when finished. I recommend this company if you need work done.

We recently purchased a new shower enclosure. The work was promptly scheduled and completed as planned. The installer, Chris G. arrived 10 minutes early. He began by reviewing what was planned and if we had any questions. He was most professional in his approach. He covered the floors with tarps and removed all debris as he went. The work was completed in one day, as promised and we are thrilled with the results. We would definitely recommend Tundraland in the future. Thanks to you and to Chris for a job well done.
