Tam,Ryan and Evan were true professionals and did a one day tub to shower conversion. Everything exceeded my expectations from the 8 am start time and finished by 3 PM. The skill base was amazing. If I could rate higher than a 5 star I would.

Our new shower was installed by Jeremiah and Mark. They arrived on time and ready to go. We reviewed the workorder and then went to work. Their work was excellent. They kept me informed all the way through the work. Their friendly can do attitude made the whole process easy. Our new shower is beautiful and we really enjoy it. Thank you, Jeremiah and Mark for doing a great job!

Salesperson was easy to deal with and understood what we wanted. Communication with West Shore was excellent. There was never a question as to the status of our project. Installers were very professional yet friendly and answered any questions or concerns. The walk-in bath upgrade was completed quickly with no quality issues. Follow-up comm was excellent.
We only wished they offered different options for in shower shelves and glass doors other than sliding.

W had a tub removed & a walk in shower installed on 9 Feb 2023. The sales rep (Davis Moore) was courteous, professional and an expert on the product, he covered every aspect of the process & answered all questions we had. The install crew should be recognized as well, the crew leader (Casey Sutton) & the team members (Jason Stamps & Bradley Fischer), their work was efficient and very high quality, it was obvious they all were highly skilled tradesmen. They made sure we could see the process and ensured we had a say in the location of shelves, grab bars etc. all were courteous and professional, was a great experience for us, I highly recommend this company for in home upgrades, and am considering having West Shore upgrade the windows in our home in the near future. Thank You, D. D. Sachtleben, Gruetli - Laager, TN

Our one day installation turned into a 2 week fiasco. On the day of installation, the crew made holes in our adjacent bedroom drywall when they removed the old tile off the bathroom wall. The installation manager, Jake, came by and saw what had happened and put "mud" over the holes and said one of the other guys would take care of painting when the mud dried. Unfortunately, the person who ended up doing the painting failed to sand the mud patches before he painted so the wall had uneven splotches. When the crew was finished in the bathroom, all looked good until after they left and a piece of the bench they had installed started coming apart, leaving a huge gap under the bench. Jake came back the next day to install a shower rod that was wrong on our order and he looked at what was happening under the bench. He said it looked like the part was cut wrong and didn't fit properly so he would order another. Later that week I received a phone call from a nice lady named Bonnie, telling me the bench was on backorder and she wasn't sure when it would be in stock. Then almost 2 weeks after the initial install, Bonnie called and said she had the new bench and we scheduled Luis to come the next afternoon to install. When Luis arrived he went straight to the bathroom to look at the bench. After about 2 minutes, he told me the reason the part came off was because there was plastic wrap over the part, which would not allow the glue to stick. I asked him he was sure we didn't need the new bench and he said no, that he would pull the plastic wrap off and glue the part correctly, which he did. What bothers me is that neither the first guy that installed the bench, nor Jake when he looked at it the next day could see what Luis found right away. So we waited 2 weeks for our "one day install" because of what I consider the incompetence of Westshore employees. Not Luis because he was great. We showed Luis the painting that had been done on our bedroom wall and he said he would fix it, and he did.
So, would I recommend WestShore to anyone....NO, unless Luis is the person doing the install.
Everyday during that 2 weeks from initial install to Luis completing the project, my wife and I would walk into the bathroom and shake our heads every time we saw how badly the shower looked. She didn't really want to use the shower because of how it looked, but she reluctantly did. This was an unnecessary inconvenience for us.

The crew was professional, friendly and very polite. They did an excellent job, my patio doors look great.
They were installed perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves, answered any questions I asked taking the time so that I understood.
"The Crew" consisted of
Mike.J, Pierson.S and Dakota.J

My request to remodel my shower was taken in May, but service wasn't completed till August. The initial order was taken by Salesman Joshua B. who went over various shower models to include specific shower doors, but on the installation date the shower was remodeled without a shower door, a curtain was added in its place. I found myself going back and forth with West Shore Reps trying to rectify this issue. I stressed the entire goal was to upgrade my current shower to include a door. Local West Shore manager Eric claimed they never received a request to include a door, and insisted that I pay an additional amount $900 to install the door. I did eventually pay to enhance the shower with a door, at the first visit the wrong door was installed, a separate time was set up to install a door to ensure I could enter the shower without hitting my head. The project was pricey and a lot of time lagged while West Shore and I attempted to bring this project to a close.
This was a very disappointing experience I felt deceived by being forced to pay the additional $900 to receive an item that I asked for initially at meeting with Joshua. I originally reached out for advice on installing a door to my previous shower, after discussing shower options with Joshua, i decided to upgrade the entire shower to include the door.

I had an appointment with Westshore Homes for an initial quote for my master bathroom shower remodel, and spent over two hours with the designer going over all the details of what we would like to have etc. We were supposed to have a second appointment to complete the final finishes so we could finalize the contract and book a date to get the remodel started and I never heard back from the designer that was assigned to me again. I had made a few calls to Westshore and they said they were going to reach out not only to him but to his manger and I never heard from anyone. I tried myself to call the designer assigned to me with no avail. To me if this is the kind of service Westshore does I would not even want to spend my money on them as they are not the most cost efficient remodel service. I had originally chosen them because I had seen there ad on tv plenty of times and they seem to look like they did excellent work, but now I know there customer service and service in general is awful. I would never recommend them to anyone especially if you are going to spend close to $14,000 or more with them. They really need to work on this or they will loose very good clients.

Can't believe the good reviews outweigh the bad. They must be spending a ton on online reputation management, fake reviews, or people just not speaking up. Spent entirely too much money for entirely too mediocre of a product. The team members are very pleasant to deal with, but they sort of have to since that's basically the only redeeming feature of this company, with the exception of our salesman Mitch E., who claims he isn't in the business of selling something to someone they don't want. I basically had to tell him to get lost after repeatedly insisting we wouldn't be disappointed with what we were getting. They had to come back again and completely rip out the extremely shoddy and careless shower install, and replace with a much more carefully manicured shoddy (but in all fairness, less careless) shower install. This was after multiple attempts were made to fire the company, they will ignore you and continue to push their services. As a goodwill measure for such a horrible experience, they offered to mud in the drywall for the wall they built, that apparently Mitch, who is very careful with his wording, was just going to leave unfinished. After several visits, the drywall is finally what i would call 'acceptable'. If you want to pay real money for a bunch of flimsy plastic over a flimsy shower basin, then go ahead, give them a call, they'll fix you up nice, and make you much poorer in the process.

ABYSMAL – West Shore Home can’t do anything right. I had ordered 2 sliders and a front door. It took them 7 visits over 8 months to install them correctly once installation was possible. Issues included but not limited to installing/causing broken hurricane glass and frames of hurricane rated sliders (wasn’t sure that was even possible with how solid they are built), leaving the property unsecured for days, turning up without the correct parts after confirming they had them beforehand (including one occasion no parts at all), installing door before even aligning it causing it catch on frame, missing handles or wrong color, and didn’t offer any compensation for all these issues. Never use them, always blaming others. Don't want to rate even one star
