Window Select

Ordered my windows and doors almost a year ago and they never came. Stole my $11,000 and now won’t call me
EDIT: been 2 years now and the company has now filed bankruptcy. No windows in sight and im out $11,000

I ordered windows from here on January 2022. I was told windows would be here in April, then it was June and when I called in September they said it would November 12 that they should be in! Now, I cannot get in contact with them at all.
Their phone line is just answering machine now.
This is just outrageous, I know our family cannot afford to go through a new company for Windows. This company just scammed us out of 4500$.

Signed the contract in March of 2022 and the windows were installed today. I gave a 4 star because I had some communication challenges early on. As of the last 6 weeks the communication improved. The install went great and I love the windows so far.

My husband and I are first time home owners and this was our first huge project and going with a contractor. We ordered our windows back in November of 2021 and they told us we would get our windows in March of 2022. My husband called at the end of March and asked when they are planning on putting our windows in and they said not for another 4-5 months. This is when we found out about all the stuff that was happening with the company. July rolls around and they said they would be in August 5th. August 5th rolls around and we tried calling them and their phones were shut off which put us in a panic. We finally got through a week later and they said they weren’t sure when they will be in and just kept going around our questions. Finally they called and said they would be put in august 30th. When that day came no one showed up and our house was all moved and ready for them. They called us and said oh the contractor had car issues but they will be in September 6th. We weren’t holding our breath but to our surprise they showed up. The installers were amazing and beyond professional and knew what they were doing. They took their time installing and really paid close attention to details. The windows look amazing and work great! With this being said this really scared us to fully trust any contractor and we will be taking our time and doing deep research on any other company we would be using. If they didn’t play the go around game with us we would use this company again for our other windows.

Amazing experience with Windows Select! From the start they were responsive, kind and treated us very special! We wanted to turn our outdated sunroom more into an all seasons room. This required tearing out basically the entire wall, putting studs and new drywall with the window replacement. And then as soon as we updated the inside, we had to get the siding updated. I absolutely LOVE the siding color that they put on our sunroom. The gray slate look is so sleek looking and works perfectly with the updated white windows. The team was great- even when I told them I was ripping out the carpet and they didn’t need to vacuum after installation they continued to make sure it was perfect before they left. They didn’t leave any dirt (and it was muddy winter) or a nail. Which is important since I have dogs. They did a fantastic job with the entire install and the owner Justin is just so nice and treats you like a VIP. It was such a pleasure to work with them and have already recommended them to a friend! See my before and after pictures!!
