My wife and I had the best experience in dealing with Window Works.

It started with a phone call to their customer service representative, Michelle O. Who then scheduled an appointment with Juan. He could not have been more professional and extremely easy to deal with. Because of him, we made the choice to go with their company.

Next they sent out their measurements guy, Alex, who was top notch. He methodically explained the full details and answered every one of our questions.

Finally, installation day arrived and they had one of their best installers, Mariusz J. come out and let me tell you. That guy and his assistant were two of the very best carpenters I have ever seen. Careful, meticulous and extremely detail oriented. Our new windows look phenomenal.

We recently had an issue due to our puppy causing some damage to our bay window so I called and spoke with Michelle O. again and to our surprise, Windows Works is going to help us out. No hassles. No unnecessary questions. Done! Wow! That’s what I call excellent customer service.

Yp the installer and his helper were excellent. The installation was impeccable. Yp explained to me everything from beginning to the end. They were very professional. Also, Michelle the contact person for the project kept me well informed of the whole procedure. I am extremely satisfied with the whole process! Beautiful team work as well!

I’d recommend anyone 100% to contact these guys and get them some work. They're very communicative with you, they are neat with their work and well-organized on-site. Also, they’re very friendly and nice, on time and get the job done. Excellent work done by them and would do work with them again. Some time next year. Very appreciative of their work.

I just wanted to say thanks for the great service from technician Paul at Window Works on 9/16/24. He was courteous and professional and took care of the repairs to my sliding screen door quickly! The screen door closes perfectly now. Thanks also to Michele O. in customer service for the follow up letting me know that Paul could come out earlier than my scheduled appointment. I appreciate the fantastic customer service from the team!

Had a very good experience. From sales, measurement, to installation to everything in between. I have an HOA & they were more helpful than the management company. My Window Works also got the work permit and the village came out the same day. Maybe that’s normal, I don’t know, but I appreciate it. Installation for new front door, 1 side lite, storm door & trim took 3 hours. Comparing quotes Window Works was fair with their pricing.

Before and after photos. The entire process from sales to install was seamless. The installers were polite, efficient and cleaned up as they went along. From beginning to end the entire install of 7 windows ( with some needing rotted wood replaced) and a door took 5 hours. Impressive.

I am exceptionally happy that the window I ordered came in about 4 weeks early! The installer was on time and got 4 windows installed in about 3.5 hours, set up to completion. He was neat and clean in the work area. I am missing a screen to one window, which I documented in the paperwork. Hopefully that will come in quickly.

This was so very easy. I love my new windows! They got here right on time and I asked how long it should take he told me 3pm and he was done by 3. The windows are exactly what I wanted! He cleaned everything up. if I could give them a 6 star I would. Thank you.

Hi, I am shalonda Ingram. I am a previous customer from 2016. In 2016 I had a Back Door and security door installed. It is great. It is holding up and is in excellent condition. so today I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Kendall and he came today and sold me a front door and 4 new windows. Looking forward to my new windows and door. Brandon was great. He went over everything. I am very satisfied and I'm looking forward to my new windows and doors.
