Woodbridge Home Exteriors Inc - AMA

Several months ago, Woodbridge Home Solutions (through Costco) handled the refacing of our kitchen cabinets. During their initial consultation, they offered us a discount if we agreed - only if fully delighted and satisfied with their work - to leave them a five-star review. I am happy to report that we are definitely delighted and satisfied with the quality of the their work. The two refacing professionals who performed the actual refacing were extremely knowledgeable and experienced as to the work they performed. They were professional, responsible, and respectful. They were in and out in less than a week. We LOVE the overall results and the quality of the refacing surfaces. They made our kitchen much brighter (see the "after" photo below, which shows the newly refaced cabinets in bright white), which is what we wanted. As part of this project, they swapped out some of our old, dark, low cabinets for high-quality drawers, making those low cabinet spaces much more accessible and functional for me. Everything that was promised was done (and done well). Grateful that we had the crew that we did and thankful for the fantastic results. Would give them more than 5 stars if that was an option!

I contacted Woodbridge Home Solutions a few years ago with a window order. I really like my windows and am happy with them.
Recently I was cleaning my windows and I don't know how I did it, but I broke a glass. I didn't know what to do so I called Woodbridge.
A short time later Alex the technician arrived and installed a new IG. Alex is a very nice and careful technician, he did everything quickly, clean and accurate. now my window is as good as new

From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with the Woodbridge team. Brett was a knowledgeable and helped me determine which Woodbridge product was best to replace my sad and leaky french doors. Rick Martin and his installation team were friendly, efficient, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I will use Woodbridge when I am ready for new windows.

Words can not express how great of a job they did. Our expectations were a 7 but we got a 10. Harlan was great and helped us through the process. We love our new kitchen!!! I had the pleasure of Matt and Joe working on my new cabinets! They were such a joy to have in my home for those working days! They showed up on time, were professional and polite, answered all my questions, and even let me "get in the way" a few times when I needed water without complaint! Having my completed project nicely done was bitter-sweet because I had to bid them farewell! It is nice to know that we still have businesses that employ outstanding people to serve one another! My hats off to you guys and the company for the same!

They did a wonderful job even though it was expensive

Use a different company when they installed our door it was installed warped so at the top when you close the screen to keep the bugs out, the screen door is still opened. We’ve called several times. Nobody will come out to fix the issue we’ve called corporate. They told us if no one contacted us within 24 hours to call them back and let them know. We’ve tried calling them back they haven’t called us back but they get their payment every month. There are better companies that truly want to provide good Quality service I would choose a different company.

Salesmen was great. We chose Woodbridge because of their design ability. Once 1/2 payment was made and windows were ordered we became very concerned with the company. Scheduling was difficult at best The installers did a terrible job. They brought wrong windows which they tried to use anyway, installed windows in wrong places and tried to repair a broken window in their truck and pass off as a correct window. From the date of purchase to the date of final install was approximately 7 months. Communication with Woodbridge was basically nonexistent after initial payment. Overall we love the look of our windows but the experience with Woodbridge is not something I would recommend.

I highly recommend this company for your new Windows and doors! The whole process from signing to installing is very simple and rewarding. The installation process was done in a matter of hours(5 1/2) The crew - Thomas,Jason,Josh, John were friendly efficient and down right amazing! Thanks again guys!! That’s why WoodBridge my friend. The windows are beautiful, but the installation was not great. After the windows were installed, I walked around my home to find large pieces of glass in both the front and back yard. The installers also did not remove the hardware for my blinds in the kitchen window. Mind you, they did for all the other windows. They caulked the window around this and this is very bothersome and caulked incorrectly for the price I paid for these windows. I voiced these concerns to the individual who called to see how installation was and she said Mark would give me a call. That has yet to happen and it has been close to a month.
