When we bought our house, we knew our kitchen needed an update but were worried what the cost and timeframe would be. We saw that Costco partnered with Woodbridge, and immediately booked a consultation. Kayla is absolutely amazing. She was so responsive since day 1 all the way through to the end. The kitchen looks brand new and we couldn't love it more!

My husband and I moved into our house and one of things we knew needed work was the kitchen. Our kitchen cabinets were outdated, but we liked the foundation, layout, and size. We considered painting or replacing the cabinets, but refacing it was the best option and decision we made especially going through Costco/ Woodbridge. We appreciate the care and customer service that Harlan Smith provided us. He walked us through everything and took his time doing so. Daniel the contractor and his team finished the job in two days! It was a day faster than expected. They were courteous, communicative, and efficient. One of the best things was us still being able to still use the kitchen at the end of the day. We love our refaced cabinets. It really feels like a new kitchen but cost effective and without the logistics/worries of a new one.

I had a 3rd set of windows put in in a third house I purchased with woodbridge due to the great product of windows and warranty! The installers were spectacular! Christian and Rene were the absolute best installers I've ever had! They went above and beyond with the job and very courteous and polite. Also very professional and stayed until the job was done. Throughout the job they would ensure I was happy they explained things throughout the job and would answer any questions I had. I would recommend this company and these workers anytime! Great job guys!!! Windows look great!!

Several months ago, Woodbridge Home Solutions (through Costco) handled the refacing of our kitchen cabinets. During their initial consultation, they offered us a discount if we agreed - only if fully delighted and satisfied with their work - to leave them a five-star review. I am happy to report that we are definitely delighted and satisfied with the quality of the their work. The two refacing professionals who performed the actual refacing were extremely knowledgeable and experienced as to the work they performed. They were professional, responsible, and respectful. They were in and out in less than a week. We LOVE the overall results and the quality of the refacing surfaces. They made our kitchen much brighter (see the "after" photo below, which shows the newly refaced cabinets in bright white), which is what we wanted. As part of this project, they swapped out some of our old, dark, low cabinets for high-quality drawers, making those low cabinet spaces much more accessible and functional for me. Everything that was promised was done (and done well). Grateful that we had the crew that we did and thankful for the fantastic results. Would give them more than 5 stars if that was an option!

I contacted Woodbridge Home Solutions a few years ago with a window order. I really like my windows and am happy with them.
Recently I was cleaning my windows and I don't know how I did it, but I broke a glass. I didn't know what to do so I called Woodbridge.
A short time later Alex the technician arrived and installed a new IG. Alex is a very nice and careful technician, he did everything quickly, clean and accurate. now my window is as good as new

From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with the Woodbridge team. Brett was a knowledgeable and helped me determine which Woodbridge product was best to replace my sad and leaky french doors. Rick Martin and his installation team were friendly, efficient, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I will use Woodbridge when I am ready for new windows.

Words can not express how great of a job they did. Our expectations were a 7 but we got a 10. Harlan was great and helped us through the process. We love our new kitchen!!! I had the pleasure of Matt and Joe working on my new cabinets! They were such a joy to have in my home for those working days! They showed up on time, were professional and polite, answered all my questions, and even let me "get in the way" a few times when I needed water without complaint! Having my completed project nicely done was bitter-sweet because I had to bid them farewell! It is nice to know that we still have businesses that employ outstanding people to serve one another! My hats off to you guys and the company for the same!

They did a wonderful job even though it was expensive

Use a different company when they installed our door it was installed warped so at the top when you close the screen to keep the bugs out, the screen door is still opened. We’ve called several times. Nobody will come out to fix the issue we’ve called corporate. They told us if no one contacted us within 24 hours to call them back and let them know. We’ve tried calling them back they haven’t called us back but they get their payment every month. There are better companies that truly want to provide good Quality service I would choose a different company.
