We had a door installed and there is a gap we have called we have emailed we’ve called again. Still nobody will come and fix it. Their are getting their payment every month but they do not want to come fix the gap that is in our door. This is closed so it will not keep any bugs out if we have the door open. Go with another company

Signed a contract in June, it’s October now and the job still isn’t finished. I have names and numbers of 9 people I’ve spoken to about finishing this project. They haven’t been good to check progress or return calls. Seems I always have to initiate all communication and wait for them to call me back. They are nice on the phone but that doesn’t make up for the lack of communication and progress on this job. Usually start around noon and leave early. Had planned on having more work done, but after this first project, that’s not happening with Woodbridge. We’ll find real professionals that have a much better work ethic than Woodbridge. Hope others have had a better experience than we have, so disappointing.

We recently had our windows replaced and has the best experience with Woodbridge! From the start, Kelly explained all the options and really listened to what we wanted in our new windows; he even took the time to re-explain everything when my husband came in at the end of the consultation. Then for install, Caleb and his crew were the nicest, most professional group I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! They truly cared about their work and our satisfaction. And these windows are phenomenal!!!

The installer was very professional and efficient. He cleaned up after the work was finished. The only complaint I have is that one of the windows was broken, but it was replaced within a week of the installation.

I love my new windows. I was impressed with how quick the installation was. The whole process start to finish was easy and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

They started at my home at 9 and finished at 5. They took out 14 Windows and installed my new Windows. The result of the project show the did a great job on our home and soon will find out how the benefit us in the long run
