Bought my front door from Castle a couple of years ago. It is gorgeous and really enhances the curb appeal of my home. Today I bought a full set of windows from Roberto. Six years ago I had castle windows enclosed my deck with custom size windows. We were so happy with castle windows and their price we called them again. Roberto from castle windows came by and gave a great price for a bay window. Roberto was such a pleasure to deal with. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend castle windows.

Have a new window installed back in March. Start leaking water. Castle came and inspected. Said it could come from the window above which it never leaked down to the old window which was replaced before have a new window installed. Caulked the above window and the new window still leak. Called and discussed about the issue. Represent told me it may not be their responsibility to fix it. Will come to inspect again. If you are looking for a new window installation, think twice about this company. Will update the review after their second inspection.
Update: the supervisor came to my house and said it was not from the window above. He tried to fix the leaking but it failed. Called the second time, the same supervisor came and fixed it. It seems good to go this time. But I need to test it. I changed my review because of this supervisor. He knows what to do and how to get it done. After I test it, I will update my review.
Update: the supervisor came back another time after I report leaking again. He came over and took care of it. It is fixed now. The supervisor is nice and knowledgeable. He knew what to do and how to get it fixed. Hopefully, I will get someone who is knowledgeable to install the windows that will not cause leak.

Order a garage entry door and basement door. The garage entry door, no problems, but basement door, terrible. The salesperson & manager never listened to what I said, just sold me what they wanted. I wanted the same door that I had, just a newer version without dents. The installers showed up with a deadbolt door and installed an exterior metal door sill for an interior door. First off, nobody wants a basement door with a deadbolt unless you’re a serial killer or a kidnapper. Second, who the hell puts a metal door sill on an interior door? Not to mention, just had my hardwood floors refinished & they covered it with silicone. Complained about the deadbolt, manager tried to say they don’t make doors without deadbolts. Then after a few hours he called back and said they can replace the deadbolt door with a non deadbolt door. They will replace the deadbolt door but I still need to pay $600 for the new door that should’ve been the right door if they just listened, instead of just selling the most expensive door. Also, the installers left a bunch of old nails all over my driveway from when they removed the old basement door. Terrible experience, just stay away. First and foremost, the product itself is of good quality. The Castle team were on point from start to finish. Kept us informed over status of availability, etc. The actual installers were punctual, polite, efficient and knew their stuff! We are repeat customers of theirs from 20 years ago, but relocating to our current home we wanted their product again as well. From then to now their stellar reputation has not diminished in the slightest.

What can I say? These people were amazing! From the salesperson, Vinnie, to Edel's installation team, amazing! Nothing less than amazing! Friendly, professional and quite the well oiled team. Everyone had their own job and did it well. We were not put out at all and most impressive...they left nothing for me to clean up after they were done! Everything was covered before hand, vacuumed and swept up after. The windows and doors are beautiful and very well made. The pricing was competitive and worth every penny. You cant beat the lifetime warranty. We highly recommend this company.

I have had Castle Windows in my home since 2007. I have had no issues with them throughout the years. They still look great and are holding up extremely well. Since it had been so long, I contacted them as a preventative measure to assess the seals and caulking to ensure they are intact before the upcoming fall (prevent bugs) and winter (bad weather). I contacted them through their website and they responded in a prompt and friendly manner, and I was able to set up a timely appointment at my convenience. Their technician Mark arrived on time, in fact a bit early. He was thorough and checked all seals and ensured me everything looks solid. He checked the windows from the inside as well as the outside. He did recommend replacing some screens that had holes. I feel his attention to my concerns and to performing the window inspections was wonderful and professional. I also know that if I do ever have an issue with these windows, that they will respond quickly and completely. Definitely worth it

In June 2022 we had Castle Windows replace every window in our entire. While we encountered a few issues, they were all rectified to our satisfaction in a somewhat timely fashion. In our experience, Castle Windows’ customer service was wonderful. A person answers the phone every time which lessens the frustration of dealing with automated systems. This is quality customer service. We were so pleased with our experience that this year, 2024, we decided to have our patio & front doors replaced. With the exception of the mis measurements of our front door and trim, we were equally satisfied this time around. They were on top of correcting the issue and beautifully installed the correct sizing of the Fypon door trim. Jose & Gary are top notch installers. They are meticulous, thorough, & professional.
