Harley Exteriors

I reviewed several window companies, reviewing their products, installations of their products, and warranties on both the (product, the windows) and (the warranty on the installation) as well. I found in Harley Exteriors what I believe to be the best product for our Pacific Northwest, and by far the best warranty compared to any company for the product (windows) and the (installation). I would also add that from the first call I made until the last window was installed, I found the Harley folks to be friendly, courteous and easy to work with. I would strongly recommend before you make your final decision to upgrade or purchase windows, to give Harley Exteriors an opportunity to show you their superior quality windows that are made to withstand our Pacific Northwest climate.

My windows were very old casement windows. Did not much for blocking the heat and the cold. The Harley replacement windows are amazing and look great, the difference inside and outside is amazing. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and took excellent care of my home and window sills. Everything was completed in one day and they left the area clean. The sales team was very good at working with together to create the right fit and timing. These windows are top quality, and I know that I will be taken care of should anything be needed. We searched around for a company to replace some windows and a French door. Coming across Harley Exteriors at a local event, we had them come out to show us what they could do. The presentation and description of their products was outstanding and they answered all our inquiries and gave us confidence to choose their company. The pre-install communication was excellent and easy to accomplish. We got all our questions answered and received quick responses. The day of installation was easy; very professional workers. The windows and door exceeded our expectations. We were especially happy with the install team. They were neat, polite and very friendly. We highly recommend anyone wanting to improve the look and value of their home to choose Harley.

Typical hard close Sales tactics that are becoming commonplace in most home repair related businesses. The window sample presentation sold us alongside the pitch that they’re the only company who will install windows without cutting out a section of the wall around old windows for the new install. Unfortunately, we got sold into the leafguard gutters as a package deal and that was a terrible mistake. The gutter install was terrible and rushed leaving behind a lot of mess, old fasteners on the ground, and damage to the house when they let the old gutters swing down as they rushed to get them off. The window installation was much better and we’ve been happy with the windows. The gutters were a huge waste of money at double the price of competitors and water streams off the top of them. Sure, I don’t have to clean the gutters anymore. But, they don’t do the job of a gutter to collect rain coming off the roof and disperse it to drainage. I question how much water is actually getting collected and down the downspouts because we hear it dripping streams of large drops off down onto the ground with everytime the rain exceeds a drizzle. It’s annoying to listen to and creates a line of erosion in the gravel and dirt around the house. Also, leaves piles of leaves and green stains growing on the deck and driveway. Maybe, this should be a 2 star review?

Our experience with Harley Exteriors was great! We came across them at the county Fair and they came out and did a consultation with us. We were impressed with the quality and unique features of the windows. We opted to go with them in addition to quality because we wanted to support a veteran owned business and the fact that these windows are made right here in WA. Communication was good and the they installed 8 windows we needed quickly and efficiently and they even vacuumed and cleaned up after the install. Very pleased with our experience and we will going back to them for the next phase of the our home's window repairs. Highly recommend Harley Exteriors.

So we stopped by a Harley Exterior booth at a holiday fair the other day. We are looking to get 5 windows replaced with a better quality one. The guy stopped by yesterday to give us an estimate. $22k !!!! For 5 windows. they are 4x6 so they are large but 4k a window???? Wow. I have done some research and fount a similar quality window for $900 ( that is just the window) but I can find a handyman on Angie for about grand to install. I don’t know how they can stay in business with these prices.

I’m sure you have a quality product and I didn’t speak about your quality or service. I do however think that even if it’s a great window with a great warranty but over 4k for one window is outrageously expensive. I found a similar product from another company with a locally made window for under 1k. I guess they are worth whatever you can get for them but it’s way too much for us.

We had our 28 year old vinyl windows replaced in October '24. Right in time to hopefully save us money through the winter. I didn't realize how cold my office was in the morning until after the new windows were in and the office was noticeably warm in the mornings. As we haven't had any hot summer days to test out the windows against summer weather, I'm very pleased with their performance in the mid-20s we have been experiencing recently. The installation crew that showed up was very professional. We were originally told that it would take 8-9 hours to replace the windows, but the crew was done in 6! Partly this is because I was planning on replacing all the window sills and framing anyways so they didn't need to bother putting the old back in, but I was very impressed with how quickly they worked. Part of me expected, given how quick they installed, that we would find a small leak somewhere, but even during the huge wind and rainstorm that battered our house, the windows kept the elements outside. Thank you Harley Exteriors! I have already recommended you to multiple people in the market for windows.

The company has a decent product. My installation crew was courteous and quick and did a relatively good job cleaning up. However the customer service at Harley is terrible. The 1st salesman they sent to us was so rude! I couldn't get him out of my home quick enough. When I told them about my experience they offered to send his boss out to meet with us and he was actually really nice and is the reason we decided to choose Harley. We left several messages in the following weeks to ask about status and couldn't get a return call. We got no information about our windows other than the name. And now that the project is done we have left several more messages to try and get more info on the warranty and again no call backs. If you want customer service and communication DO NOT choose them!

I just had a sales meeting with Kyle C. I really appreciated his willingness to discuss all of my concerns and write some language into our contract that specifically addressed those concerns. I'm rarely excited about a $10k purchase, but I feel pretty good about this one because of his responsiveness, personable approach, and willingness to explore the best option for our situation, not just sell a product. I'm looking forward to our new patio door and seeing if it's as good as it seems.
