Harley Exteriors

So we stopped by a Harley Exterior booth at a holiday fair the other day. We are looking to get 5 windows replaced with a better quality one. The guy stopped by yesterday to give us an estimate. $22k !!!! For 5 windows. they are 4x6 so they are large but 4k a window???? Wow. I have done some research and fount a similar quality window for $900 ( that is just the window) but I can find a handyman on Angie for about grand to install. I don’t know how they can stay in business with these prices.

I’m sure you have a quality product and I didn’t speak about your quality or service. I do however think that even if it’s a great window with a great warranty but over 4k for one window is outrageously expensive. I found a similar product from another company with a locally made window for under 1k. I guess they are worth whatever you can get for them but it’s way too much for us.

We had our 28 year old vinyl windows replaced in October '24. Right in time to hopefully save us money through the winter. I didn't realize how cold my office was in the morning until after the new windows were in and the office was noticeably warm in the mornings. As we haven't had any hot summer days to test out the windows against summer weather, I'm very pleased with their performance in the mid-20s we have been experiencing recently. The installation crew that showed up was very professional. We were originally told that it would take 8-9 hours to replace the windows, but the crew was done in 6! Partly this is because I was planning on replacing all the window sills and framing anyways so they didn't need to bother putting the old back in, but I was very impressed with how quickly they worked. Part of me expected, given how quick they installed, that we would find a small leak somewhere, but even during the huge wind and rainstorm that battered our house, the windows kept the elements outside. Thank you Harley Exteriors! I have already recommended you to multiple people in the market for windows.

The company has a decent product. My installation crew was courteous and quick and did a relatively good job cleaning up. However the customer service at Harley is terrible. The 1st salesman they sent to us was so rude! I couldn't get him out of my home quick enough. When I told them about my experience they offered to send his boss out to meet with us and he was actually really nice and is the reason we decided to choose Harley. We left several messages in the following weeks to ask about status and couldn't get a return call. We got no information about our windows other than the name. And now that the project is done we have left several more messages to try and get more info on the warranty and again no call backs. If you want customer service and communication DO NOT choose them!

I just had a sales meeting with Kyle C. I really appreciated his willingness to discuss all of my concerns and write some language into our contract that specifically addressed those concerns. I'm rarely excited about a $10k purchase, but I feel pretty good about this one because of his responsiveness, personable approach, and willingness to explore the best option for our situation, not just sell a product. I'm looking forward to our new patio door and seeing if it's as good as it seems.

We had Harley give us a quote in October 2020. They sent out Elio Hernandez and he worked so hard to give us the best deal possible. We did every windows in the house and our sliding back door. It took one day for the install and we havent had any issues since then. We have reached out about damaged screens. The customer service was very quick to respond and sent replacement that showed up in about a week. The difference it made on our heating/cooling bill has been pretty dramatic and every room is just more comfortable. 10/10 recommend them for any upgrades you may be planning.

We were told to allow about an hour and a half for a window presentation and had to both be here. So we chose 7pm time since that is when my husband gets home. After THREE AND A HALF HOURS, I said I needed to go to bed. It was 10:30 pm and the sales guy was still trying to win our business. There was a one time deal price if we purchased immediately and another supposedly amazing deal that would be honored for a full year. The sticker shock on the price for the”today only” price was insane. No way could we spend that kind of money. We decided to wait on windows. So after I nearly had to push him out the door at 10:30PM, the sales guy FINALLY left. A couple days later the phone calls started coming in. They had another incredible deal to offer if we ordered right away. Some big job they got gave them the ability to offer a one time only discount! They called a total of three times after the initial appointment to offer up something before I asked them to please not call again. I’m sorry, if you have to keep trying that hard and lie about these one time great deals to get my business, I’m not interested in your INSANELY inflated prices!

Our windows and 2 sliding door replacement projects went extremely well. The windows and doors are very high quality with a few upgrades included. The crew worked efficiently, creating very little dust inside the home. It was amazing to work with them as hauled away the old and installed the new. I also had the pleasure to work with the project manager asking many questions and getting great answers. The crew did a great job cleaning up each day and followed up in grouting all of the window and trim work. Great teamwork experience from the initial estimate to the finished product. Bravo!

Harley did a great job on my windows. I was admittedly leery of price, if it's worth a bit more, but I got to compare their windows to another set of a ubiquitous brand installed the prior year. Theirs are far superior in function & appearance. Their installers made the whole process smooth and stress free. Kudos to everyone at Harley.

Very good sales experience. The windows are high quality and the team paid attention to detail on installation. The minor items to be fixed were corrected as soon as possible without dispute. Good experience, would buy from them again.
