Salesman Zach was knowledgeable and thorough in discussing options and financing. Due to cost of a new bow window (~$20k), we opted for a 3-light slider, getting as big a window for the space as was available.
Installation was done in a day, despite the massive size of the window. They did come back a little later to re-do the trim work, as the trim they brought wasn't wide enough to cover the paint line left from framing the new window into the space.
They did advise we would have some work in the front siding to do once the window was in, but that we were sealed up if we couldn't manage it before winter.
