The sales team was helpful, answered all my questions, and patiently waited while I shopped around. The installation team was professional and cleaned up as they went. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner Carlos is verbally abusive and does stick to his word when it comes to showing up to an appointment. I had made several appointments either I got an emergency can’t show up to see reschedules to catching him saying all these bad mouth talk in Spanish when eventually he showed up at the third reschedule thinking I wouldn’t understand. Most unethical owner and rude with no execution.

I had a wonderful experience working with Grandmark Roofing Company. From beginning to end, everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. The communication was excellent!! Moises Ortiz and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were on time, did a thorough job and were meticulous with their clean up. It’s refreshing working with people who care about the customer and enjoy what they do. Thank you Moises and crew!

This company and their team is absolutely awesome! They are transparent with pricing, provided a great communication app and built a realistic plan to install the solar panels and achieved those commitments comfortably. I appreciate their professionalism and transparency.

Everything went well even though they had to comeback out to move two panels because of initially installing them in the shaded area of the roof.

Grandmark Service Company sent Gerardo to my house to help me with my issue. Our air conditioning unit stopped working the day before but was working when Gerardo arrived. Gerardo ran the diagnostics for free since we're members and gave us his recommendations. He even called his employers to get a second opinion and to ensure everything was correct. He recommended that one of the motors in our AC is pushing more than it should, so that one should be considered to be changed. He gave us the option to not change it since it's working, but he didn't want to leave us to deal with the heat, so he recommended that we do. I requested that he change both the condenser motor and the blower motor, because he had them since 2008 and Gerardo was happy to help. He changed them without a problem, and they have been running great since. He even put our blower motor on high when it was set to low.
A few days later, the noise of the high blower motor was bugging me. So, I called Grandmark again and they sent Gerard out. He quickly put the blower motor back to low and our AC unit is nice and quiet. I'm very pleased with its output and how quiet it is!

We were very satisfied with every aspect of Greenlink's service for our rooftop solar panel project. The salesperson was very informative and quick to respond by email without being pushy. The project coordinator and all the project team members were professional and polite. They answered all our questions about the system. They came back quickly (within a week) to fix minor issues that were identified by the City inspector after the installation. The panels were fully operational a little over 3 months after contract signing, which was in line with the timing we expected. We recommend Greenlink Solar without reservation.

Dave was really friendly and helpful. Great customer service. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I had the report before he left. Would recommend this company to everyone I know and will for sure use them again in the future. Price wise I compared and they were also the best! Thanks so much for making it easy!!!!

Grand Mark's service was a lifesaver! After Lee's suggested I needed a new unit, which would cost me $27,000. Grand Mark stepped in and fixed my air conditioning unit, which was luckily still under warranty. Eric and Gerardo were total pros, diagnosing and completing the repairs swiftly.
