I've had these guys out after they left. After spending eighty thousand dollars, cash wrote a check and I feel like I just got ripped off.And i'm not the kind of guy that I'll ever allow that. My wife asked for stuff to go on the walls that prevent mold. We got mold within four months after they left.

Paid for expensive fixtures All of them have rust rust it all out. In one of the bathrooms and I'll put pictures the tile wasn't cut flush, and there's a one inch gap between the tile and the actual bathroom sync cabinetry.

I had another company come over. I didn't tell them my bathrooms were brand new, maybe 2 and a 1/2 years. Maybe I don't know somewhere in there. And these guys came over, and my wife was telling him what we want to do and towards the end, we told the guys. These bathrooms are only maybe 2 and a 1/2 3 years old. And we've spent eighty grand on these three bathrooms.
After I told these guys, they didn't want to bash any companies because Iowa, one of the largest solar companies in the United States. So I get how customers can get, but I'm not like that. I'm not even home a lot, but after what these guys told me, these guys that came to my house should have seen. What kind of customer I was? I have a million dollar home and they should have used the correct products. And we had different guys showing app different times 1 guy ripped out a wall that wasn't supposed to be ripped out. I felt like I was the contractor that had to oversee the jobs. Because if I wasn't there, these guys would have been here instead of three months, it probably would have been five months to do three bathrooms.
They came out a couple times after they left. Because the second shower bathroom, the doors were not put on correctly and these are heavy doors. It's a miracle they didn't fall off.So they sent a guy out and the guy fixed him, and he couldn't believe that somebody allowed the job to be finished with those doors like that.

I'm not saying this is a bad company. Because I understand how some customers can be. But what I am saying is this is probably one of the worst decisions i've ever made.When it comes to having a construction company redo my bathrooms, and I fought my wife right to leave the bathrooms alone. I had these guys come over a month ago just to give us a quote on the three bathrooms, and I told my wife don't tell them that these bathrooms are under three years old, maybe two and a half, maybe less. I was hoping they were going to say. I don't know why you guys are doing bathrooms. These bathrooms look pretty new, but that's not what they said, and I get it. They want to make money. That's what construction companies do. But I'm a sales guy for 30 years. I could read people very quickly. And these guys, we're actually very honest, good guys. And they showed me and showed me the products that were used, and what should have been used when they see a customer like me that you can tell that i'm a person that has made money and not try to make it just a sale, but give it to me straight up. Tell me why there's better products.Don't just try to get a quick sale.
All I know is I'm very close on taking this to civil court, but I just, I hate to do this to companies because I own a big companyAnd it's not about the money, it's the principle I feel like I got taken advantage of and I hear it every single day from my wife, that I let these guys take advantage of me and that don't happen when I want something but this is something that she wanted.
They tried to give her different cabinets. I mean, I could go on and on, but I'm not going to sit here and do this, but I am disgusted on the work that happened.

Jason Wilson came out and provided me with a quote for a new shower. He was so kind, professional and knowledgeable! Pricing was very competitive, and the products were quality. I would definitely recommend speaking to Jason if you are looking for a shower remodel!

Dale and Isaiah were absolutely the very best craftsmen/tradesmen I have seen in many decades. They are both a 10. The great length they went to to cover our floors entering the house into the bathroom, the meticulous detail they gave to everything
was beyond compare. They gave up their weekend to make sure our job went great and on time.
Home Concepts and Remodeling are 100% top notch. Their salesman Austen and the production manager Sam are awesome as well. Sam bent over backwards to make sure all was right. We went through some shower conversion companies to get bids that make car sales people look tame and gentle. Very high pressure sales tactics from those companies but for the initial meeting with Austen right on down to Sam the production manager and then to our installers Dale and Isaiah the entire experience was great and the workmanship just totally awesome.
Dale and Isaiah have such a wonderful eye and ability for detail. We're so glad we went with Home Concepts Custom Remodeling!

The installer Jason was very professional, efficient, and kind. He did a great job! Austen was very informative and available when we had questions during the project preparation.

Jose lopez did the install, had the master custom ( linen closet + walk in shower w72” pan w/custom glass and window kit) and simple swap on guest bathrooms, the work is fantastic and would recommend this company and jose to do the job. Professional from start to finish, constant communication, great timing, fast fast fast!

I am loving my new shower! Every thought was put into making sure that the project went perfectly! Jose was helpful, thoughtful, very knowledgeable, and friendly! He made sure everything was completed perfectly, and no mess at all was left behind! Overall, an amazing experience!

Hire a different crew for your bathroom remodel. The photo I attached is from their first attempt at installing our shower and it set us back almost 2 months. The final result was functional and I was burned out in dealing with these guys so I accepted many imperfections and compromises. The kicker that just made me post this review is that my wife just slipped on the supposedly "anti-slip" shower pan. I deeply regret hiring this company. Idk why they have so many good reviews.

Two stars vs one for the team doing what they were there to do. I got my bathtub replaced with a vinyl one. They told me I had the lowest cost of a job they could do. It was over $10,000. I signed on initially because I felt taken care of and that I could trust them but now I’m very upset with not only myself but the guy who quoted me and the tech that seemed like he was too overwhelmed to take the time to communicate with me and double check the job was done. He had to come back and replace the grip bars because they overlooked the contract. I used this company on a rental property and believe they were the better option over a handyman since I would not be there. I was severely stressed by the fact the tech left without contacting the person whom was paying. If he had he would not have had to come back a second time that day. Also they don’t do anything besides bathrooms. Yes they have plumbers working for them. Yes I paid an astronomical price for a day’s worth of work. No they will not fix anything else, even as minor as a kitchen sink, for you.

Dale and Izaiah did a phenomenal job with our shower installation. They protected the floors and furniture in the room joining the bathroom, and extended the floor protection out to the garage. At the end of day 1 they uncovered everything, then recovered the next day. They let us know if/when they’d need to shut off main water to the house. Dale did the final caulking around the entire shower and took it upon himself to continue the bead around the rest of the bathroom to give the whole room a nice, clean appearance. The shower is beautiful with not a flaw in sight. Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous and professional. I’d hire either one or both with no hesitation if ever a need comes about.

The overall product and experience was wonderful. Our window was a custom order and it turned out beautifully. My only word of caution is that they ate very busy and may not get to your project when they initially say. We ordered in March and we’re told they’d install in July but we actually ended up on the install list for October. Communication in between wasn’t great, but that wouldn’t stop me for using them again.
