Affordable Windows and doors did a great job. I had 2 large sliding glass doors, several window replacements and a large picture window installed. The work was done quickly and it is beautiful. Maria, one of their managers, was very helpful and easy to work with. She kept me up to date on the installation and any follow up that needed to be done. A great company.

Affordable Windows and Doors installed two sliding glass doors and one large french door with side windows. The service was straightforward, and the team was very responsive. Maria, the office manager, was attentive and kept me informed on delivery times, and installation expectations. Our experience with this company was fantastic and we will call them for future home improvement needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Affordable Windows and Doors of Tampa Bay to install hurricane impact windows in my home, and I can honestly say the entire experience was phenomenal. From start to finish, they exceeded all my expectations.

First, I have to give a huge shout-out to Nikolas, my sales rep. He was nothing short of incredible. Nikolas took the time to truly understand my needs and walked me through the entire process with such professionalism and expertise. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he made sure I was fully informed about every option available. Nikolas made the entire purchasing experience smooth and stress-free, and his attention to detail was impeccable. I genuinely felt like I was in the best hands.

Additionally, I cannot say enough about Maria, the office manager. She went above and beyond in making sure every detail was handled with care and urgency. Maria was incredibly responsive, always available to answer any questions, and made sure all our needs were met with a level of customer service that is so rare these days. She coordinated everything seamlessly and ensured the job was done within an impressive timeframe. Her professionalism and kindness were much appreciated.

I’ve never actually needed to use their services, but after seeing their work around town and hearing great things from friends and neighbors, I felt compelled to leave a review. The windows and doors they’ve installed look top-notch—sleek, stylish, and built to last. Their reputation for quality and professionalism is clearly well-earned, and I can see why so many people trust them for their home improvement projects. If you’re in the market for windows or doors, this company seems like an excellent choice! Would definitely consider them for future projects.

Like others said, communication is severely lacking. This process has taken almost a year at this point because they go MONTHS without communication. Multiple emails, texts, and calls have gone unanswered and there is always an excuse.

I had several windows and a slider replaced about 8 months ago. The installation was sloppy, glass was left all over my backyard, causing my pets to cut their paws. I had to walk around and pick the glass out of the rocks, mulch, and grass. I am STILL finding pieces 8 months later.

In addition to the glass shards, the windows just look sloppy. Even their own people made a comment about the installation quality ONE of the times they had to come back to fix things. There was a sticky substance left on all the handles of the windows, I assume from the packaging. They ordered the COMPLETELY wrong window for one of them and had to surround it with wood since they had already removed the other window before noticing the new one was the wrong size. Once the new window came (MONTHS later), there was no screen for it. We finally got one delivered and it was damaged. A screen on a different window was jammed on there by the installers but obviously didn’t fit. Thought both were FINALLY going to be resolved and finally got in touch with Maria who assured me that both screens were in and going to be installed, only to have the installer show up with only one screen and oblivious that Maria had said the other was in. Tried to get in touch with Maria again and again…no answer. At this point, I give up. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that you have to hunt these people down to get the work they promised completed.

I strongly encourage anybody looking to get new windows to look elsewhere. I have neighbors that had an incredibly smooth process and their windows all look great. And, ironically, their windows were more affordable than these.

**In response to owner's reply** I have not received a single call or text from your office, but I will reach out to the number provided to discuss. The last communication I had was a text to Maria, which, per usual, was not answered.

Purchased hurricane impact windows and sliders. From order placed to completion was four months. Maria in the office is amazing, easy to work with and has gone out of her way to make sure I am happy. Tyler has been here twice- once to install and second time to install new sills. He has been super friendly, professional, courteous, and has done a great job! He also went out of his way to make sure I am happy, showing me his work and asking for feedback.
You do have to stay in contact with the office to make sure you ‘get it done’ - the squeaky wheel gets the grease comes to mind. However, in the end, Maria and Tyler made the magic happen and I couldn’t be happier with my new windows and doors! Thank you!

It pains me to write this review but I could not recommend this company at all. The install of 3 windows, 2 doors and 10 hurricane fabric panels took months from June to September. I signed the contract back in March.
They first installed a wrong door and then asked me to babysit it until they can get the correct one. In the meantime, I had to be careful not to damage the one that was not mine. The workmanship was absolutely horrible. It took a total of 40 calls, multiple emails, 1 threat to file a complaint with the Department of business and professional regulations, 4 different crews and 10 visits at my house to manage to complete this small job. I even went to the point of refusing the tech to caulk the interior trim because I was afraid of how bad it would look after I saw what they did on the outside.
Additionally, the day before hurricane Helene, I went ahead to install my hurricane fabric for the very first time only to realize they did not provide me the nuts to attach them. I had to rush the following morning just hours before the hurricane to go get the nuts they had to to order in emergency for me. What a stressful situation! Then installing the panels was another story. The bolts did not align on some windows, we had to smash them with a hammer to get the panels to fit. This is absolutely ridiculous and a safety issue.
Again, I would not recommend this company. They were indeed cheaper than all the other ones but I wish I had paid more just not to have to deal with this disaster of a project and all the headaches that came with it.

Can’t say enough about the attention of the team especially Maria in getting all our windows and sliders installed. Any job of that magnitude will have some bumps and Maria and the team continued to address any issue that arose in changing so many windows and sliders. Having just gone through an active hurricane season we are so happy with the end result.

*READ THIS * I have worked on getting windows installed through My Safe Florida Home for two years! The process has been harder than getting a divorce in Florida! What saved my sanity was choosing Affordable Windows and Doors. Believe me they new everything I needed to do to get my windows and follow the rules for MSFH program. The office staff is led by Maria Blasioli and if you have a question, concern or just need help with the process she is quick to respond and is a problem solver (she called me after hours and gave me her cell). She treated me with kindness and concern. Doreen and Alicia also were easy to deal with in installation and billing. But Maria is your go to woman! She is the reason I still haven't ripped out the rest of my hair. I highly recommend Maria and this company for excellent customer service, also the windows are beautiful.

Affordable Windows & Doors came highly rated on Facebook, so we had them give us a quote - the sales rep Matt was genuine, fair and kept his word. The installers were efficient and professional. Maria kept everything moving, and the delivered on time as promised. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this organization to anyone in the market. One of the best contractors I've had the pleasure to work with.
