ARC Contracting

We began working with ARC in August 2023 when our chimney flashing had caused us some issues. We had an insurance contractor essentially blow us off and say it would be an easy fix, don’t file a claim. We originally had Nick Dunst and ARC come to give us an estimate on our chimney flashing, we were advised that our home had severe hail damage, caused by the same storm that causing the flashing leakage. Within days of Nick coming to our home, we had a write up of all damages to show our insurance company. We filed a new claim, had documentation and an advocate on our side. We started the process of getting new siding and a new roof. During this process we had many obstacles to overcome through this process but I am certainly glad we stuck things out. The two jobs were completed on our home in April 2024. We couldn’t be happier with the work or the crews that completed our work. Even after the work was done, that didn’t stop Nick and ARC from helping us navigate our insurance claim and advocate for our benefit. We would not have had such an easy experience if it had not been for Nicks expertise. It was nicks nature to help/advocate and care. He helped numerous times when we had questions or concerns. Nick was always willing to help. We went as far as referring Nick to our family who had similar issues following an additional storm. There are not enough good things to say about this company and I would always be pro “ARC” even in the future. Our home was definitely safe with the company. We can’t wait to utilize you in the future.

I had a great experience with Arc! I worked with Brad W for my estimate! He was helpful with all of my questions, and was quick to reply and get back to me with the estimate total! When I hired Arc, I was contacted right away and the next week the crew came out to put gutters on my house! The guys were professional and very hard working!! I love my new gutters, and have been getting compliments on them since install! Thank you again!

Brad was very easy to work with and answered all my questions in understandable terms. They replaced the roof and problem soffits, The work was completed in a timely manner and there was no mess after they were done. I highly recommend them!

Cody did an awesome job, solving issues when they came up, kept us informed and cleaned up! Best part is we don't need to worry about it anymore!

I had a fantastic experience with ARC! Everyone was so helpful and communicated with me every step of the way! Scott did a great job of making sure the job was completed professionally, timely and thoroughly. My yard was immaculate after the roof’s finish and my new roof looks great. The biggest job ARC has done for me is replacing almost all of my 32 year old home windows. It was a two story Victorian home huge job. Matt and Josh did a fabulous job transforming my home to look almost new again! My windows are Gorgeous beauties! The job was done with professionalism, expertise and care for my property. I have one more big window left and I will definitely call them back for that job! Thanks so much for such a job well done!

I also had a copper penny metal roof installed and a new skylight installed this summer. Both of these projects also were done with expertise and professionalism. David and his crew handled those projects and I am very pleased with the outcome. Everything was planned to compliment the new windows and serve functional purposes.

ARC was our first call for a new roof. We met with Sam, who was very professional and considerate and answered all questions. He was reachable by phone for any inquiry I had. After meeting with Sam, we had no need to look further for a new roof. Throughout our project we were always kept up to date on time frames of everything. On the job site, we worked with Scott. We were very impressed with his knowledge and how he explained all that was taking place for our new roof. He came to our home on his day off to verify the roof was done to our expectations. I always had access to him if I wanted to know anything. The Domingo crew that did all the roofing went above and beyond. They took care of a hole that we were unaware of. They had the knowledge and ability to repair and keep on roofing to complete the job. They were all so very efficient, kind and professional. The clean up was perfect also. I would recommend ARC to anyone needing a roof.

Arc Contracting did a great job. They coordinated replacing my siding and installed a new roof for my home after storm damage. Nick was the key contact for the project. He was knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions. The workmanship was excellent and they helped me seamlessly navigate the difficult insurance process.
