I was looking for quotes to get my roof replaced and had an appointment with Jamie Gill at Best Choice Roofing. Jamie is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. I can also tell how passionate she is about her job - she even took time out on Saturday to make sure everything I needed was taken care of after I asked for gutters to be added. And I got the same 5-star treatment from everyone I dealt with at Best Choice Roofing . Erin Pears is amazing and very informative. She as well as everyone at BCR I spoke with always answered any questions I had very quickly. I will continue to call Best Choice for my needs and will recommend them to friends and family. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Johnny came by and inspected my roof, he was professional, knowledgeable and honest. I did not have damage that would be covered by insurance but he was upfront about that and gave clear details about why and what it will cost as well as why it needed to be done as soon as possible (my decking was old and damaged as well as out of code now) then they helped me get financing and scheduled the job quickly. They were upfront that weather could necessitate pushing the install date back. Once the day came the production crew was efficient, 13 minutes after arriving the were on my roof starting tear down - the job was completed in one day and they cleaned up - it honestly looked better after they left than before they came! I would recommend Johnny and BCR to anyone who needs a roof IF they can they will get it covered by insurance but if not they have financing to help you protect your most valuable assets - your home. Edit - they have now done my gutters as well this crew was just as good and got the job done in 1/2 a day they went out of their way to make sure everything was right and would match and look good when they left

Best Choice roofers are amazing! They replaced the roof on my last house and came out to repair the botched work from a builder on the new home I bought (added ventilation that was never done and replaced some broken and rough shingles). Jamie Gill came out to offer her expert advice and she walked me through every step of the process and helped me understand the situation. She listened to my concerns and offered solutions. I made a few changes to the work throughout the process which I know was probably frustrating for her, but she never showed her frustration and was kind and professional the entire time. The price was reasonable and they went above and beyond and did more work on the roof than expected because they had extra tiles left over. That alone sold me as a customer - above and beyond work goes a long way with me. The roofers cleaned up very well and everyone was so friendly. Then Erin stepped in as the project manager to help me and she was great to work with. She inspected the roof after the work was done to ensure it was right and helped to get someone out to look at an area I had questions on.

I’m appreciate the start to finish attention to detail and enjoyed working with each person along the way. I recommend them for any roof work you may need- they will take care if you. I will continue to use them for any roofing needs I may have. Thank you, Best Choice!

Great to work with to get insurance approval after being denied. Can’t be more happier on how it all turned out. The products are top shelf and look great. BCR replaced my roof a few months ago. Recently we had a storm and there was an opening causing the water to leak into my kitchen through the ceiling. We were going through the Hurricane Helene storm in Nashville, and they still came out the same day to look at the roof, had the roof repaired within 24 hours and the interior fixed within a few days. Great quality people, accountable for their work, quick to react, and polite to deal with. Thats all anyone can ask for. Everything is back to normal and I didnt have to spend a penny!

Our rep Colton Powell was AMAZING! He was able to deal with our insurance directly so we didn’t have to be the middle man. He was prompt and our roof replaced within weeks after we got approval. This has been the most hassle free experience. Colton was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions we had. Our roof looks amazing. Thank you for quality service!

My roof had significant storm damage but I had always been a bit wary about filing a claim through my home insurance. Jacob Castillo made the process incredibly easy. From the point he knocked on my door to the roof getting installed he was always very attentive in keeping me updated about the process. Definitely 5 stars! "Best Choice Roofing" lives up to its name! The 1st guy we met was the estimator, Walker. He was amazingly thorough as he climbed all up into our attic and went on the roof, gathering the important info needed to give us an accurate estimate. He gave us multiple options and ZERO pressure.

The price was right and the financing option was very affordable and straightforward! We were excited to solve our leaky roof problems, so we signed on the dotted line with no regrets. Randy and Colin became our contacts after that, and they were great at communicating everything we needed to know, scheduling us in at a time that works for us, etc.

The work crew was on time, they kept their noses to the grindstone, smiling every time we interacted, and they were paying attention anytime I needed to go down the driveway. They were always accommodating of our movement around the place as they worked. Very professional!

The follow up to the job has been as impressive as the selling and doing of the job! Randy and Colin have both been in touch to make sure everything was done correctly, making sure any questions we may have are answered, and Colin even made a trip out to our house to inspect the job. He updated us on a few more things that needed done... things I just assumed were already done! They finished everything in a timely manner and we are thrilled with the finally result!

If you're reading this, choose "Best Choice Roofing" because I am very busy and I usually don't make time to do long reviews like this, but I just couldn't help myself. They earned my respect and I will recommend this company to anyone!
