Erik Brooks just came into our home helped me and my husband pick the perfect shower remodel he was very professional friendly. Will definitely call him again when we do our other bathroom. It was his outstanding customer service that made us buy.

He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and made me want to do business with this company. Going into this consultation, I had no plans to move forward with the remodel today, but ended up approving everything and I can't be more excited about my new shower!

In love!! I am pleased with the STELLAR WORK Chris did replacing my tub to a gorgeous shower! He truly went above and beyond. Took his time and did the job perfectly. Done in a business day and a half. Extremely professional. And drove 2 hours 1 way. Excellent service. Thank you, I’m very happy and have a lifetime warranty!

UPDATE: I ended up rescheduling after they called numerous times to speak with me on the situation. They were very apologetic. I hope they follow through and make some changes with their scheduling team but Ryan came out and was very informative and helpful. Their prices were very competitive as well. We are still in the process of deciding on proceeding with the project but I am pleased so far.

Original: I was supposed to have an appointment today for a patio door replacement. They asked that all decision makers be present, which is fine, but that time is limited. They called to tell me they had a scheduling conflict and could not come today and asked to reschedule. I gave them a day I was available but unfortunately my husband would be in and out of town so that was the best I could do. They informed me that they would need my husband there. Loss of business for them. I know it’s easier on the sales people and gives them a better chance of avoiding excuses but you’re also losing business that way. Give and take I guess.

Wow, Shane was an amazing and knowledgeable sales representative. We were very impressed with his understanding of our needs and wants for window replacements. And the product is better than any window that I've ever seen on the market. The windows that we had previously were Anderson, and these are so much better quality. Can't wait until we get these windows replaced. Stay tuned for the next review......

This is way, way overdue but wanted to give credit where it's due. I have a bathroom vanity that was a bit of an uncommon size and I was after a specific look. So I reached out to Carolina Cabinets. Liane and Indi have been super helpful every step of the way! I'm happy with my choice~
