I had 4 windows installed with the wrong screens. They took my money, cannot get a person on the phone and their website said it would take 6 months to respond. I have been ripped off this is a horrible company. Do not use them! I did my home windows replaced with renewal by Anderson. This company has customer service. Champion is a slim ball outfit.

“HAVE YOU EVER DANCED WITH THE DEVIL IN THE PALE MOONLIGHT?”
I see why the sales people pressure you into leaving a review. Because behind the scene is anything but 5 stars!
Yea, the sales person did his job. He sold me! He explicitly told me that I could pay my balance in 12 months, no interest.
I was a cash option customer- so why was I being presented financial documents for a loan? MONTHS (July 2024-September 2024)of back and forth with the sales representative of how these loan documents were figured wrong! Then in September 2024, the “Collections Department” got involved, basically stating that LONE STAR CHAMPION DFW1 WINDOWS, LLC will not honor the 12 month no interest cash option and that the company can only offer 6 months no interest. All the while, still receiving wrong figured financing documents for $12,303 to sign (from July 2024-September 2024). I guess the Financing Company gave up trying to collect my signature for $12,303. Oh and did I mention, I had already given a $12,400 deposit? And did I not mention that I was a cash option customer? So, why is/was the company bullying and pressuring me to sign erroneous documents?
Point blank: DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY! RUN FAR, FAR AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
Our windows were “ordered” the second week in June 2024. In July windows were installed, however two were wrong designs! The Big Bay Window (the most expensive) was one of the windows that was missing grids and a master bedroom with totally the wrong design. The last of my window(s) were installed December 2024- and it wasn’t the (wrong) Big Bay Window, either. You do the math.
If you find yourself baited by the buy 2 get 2 offer so blatantly advertised, then I would suggest you not finance. By the reviews of (their) financing company- I saved myself from (another) mistake.
I feel it is my duty to inform potential consumer(s) of LONE STAR CHAMPION DFW1 WINDOWS, LLC to be very weary of all and any transactions involving them. READ, READ, PLEASE READ the NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS OF THIS COMPANY ON THE BBB WEBSITE. (Which is where I’m going next to put my complaint in queue). Be informed before making that God awful decision that you will soon regret. And if you did have the misfortune of being taken advantage of, you have rights.

Today is day one with the new windows. Our main reason for looking for windows was sound mitigation. The Champion rep came out and showed us why our current windows were bad and how the Champion windows would block so much more noise. The ONLY reason we wanted windows was to help even dampen sound. The windows look fantastic! As I sit here writing this listening to even more traffic through my new $14k windows. Hey, they made money and the rep prob got a fat commission, so that’s what counts, right? $14k for more traffic noise! Win win right? I wish people, even salesmen had an ounce of integrity anymore.

This company has several issues. First I had an appt for my door to be measured at 10 am. On the day of the appointment, I received a text at 930 and an email that my appt was now between Noon and 4pm. I decided I would run some errands and when went to leave the contractor was here at 10:00 to measure the door. I told him that they had notified me of the change but they Never told him. We'll he obviously didn't know how to measure the door, because today the installer showed up and after removing the trim around the door and rechecking, he told me that the door he brought is too short. I appreciate the installer double checking today before removing the old one, but now I have to wait for Champion to remake my door and of course they don't offer any form of compensation to their customers for their own mistakes. I only hope I get the same installer that was here today since he apologized for their error but the representative I spoke with on the phone after waiting 10 min didn't seem to care at all. Waiting to hear from someone from their company explaining why they send untrained people out to measure.. just to waste people's time.

We just ordered our new entry door and storm. We are excited for it to come. Our representative, Todd Yates, explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. He wanted to make sure things that were important to us were the same qualities that this company promotes. I loved how knowledgeable about the product he was and even had a demo of what the door would look like for a visual instead of just pictures in a catalog. He explained the warranty and history about the company that made us want to be a part of. Most of all there was no pressure he even allowed us to talk and discuss while making a view calls. He made picking out what we needed easy and only took a little over 2 hours from start to finish.

Rob Coffman did a fantastic job representing Champion. He notified me by phone for his arrival time, was polite and very professional. Rob did a good job explaining the Champion siding history and options. He was not a pressure salesman and answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I would not hesitate to reach out to Rob with any questions or business in the future.

Very disappointing experience.
Severe disconnect between salesman and install; inaccurate representation.
Poor quality workmanship, many mistakes.
Communication hugely deficient.
There have been many disappointing aspects to our experience and I can’t believe we depleted our savings for this!
Salesman Crispian was friendly and charming, on time and spent a long time with us.
Crispian seemed quite knowledgeable and convincing, however, we could only take him at his word.
There has been a disconnect between several things that Crispian relayed to us vs. what has occurred in reality. We have never heard from Erin the Install Manager. We were not kept up to date on status of project in the manner that we were led to believe we would. We found out rather abruptly that we were next on the list with a notice of essentially less than two weeks. We were initially told that our project would not happen for 32 - 36 weeks. While a sooner time frame was exciting, it also put us in a position to have to scramble to complete several other things necessary for the project to begin. We were also told that the reason that the timeframe given was so long was because the "room" was custom manufactured to our specifications AND "we don't just let anybody install these rooms", explaining that the workers had to be highly skilled and there just aren't that many who can do it. From my perspective, being present for much of the installation, I would greatly disagree with the integrity of the information we were provided.
No contact with office staff other than Rick, Project Supervisor
The deck was disassembled and then reassembled as it should have been. Stefan was very apologetic and provided an explanation. It was appreciated when Rick traveled to obtain the green shingles, however, this was an expectation we had based on our initial order and agreement. Other issues are still pending.
Several times, team did not bring correct items or all that was needed, seemed to always be in a rush, worked only 2-3 hours at a time. This rating does NOT refer to Stefan Ford, the carpenter. He was excellent, professional and timely, despite having to re-do part of his process when we realized that he had been given incorrect dimensions.
Electrical outlets were not placed according to code and an outlet ultimately had to be cut into the floor to meet code. The alternative was an external box that would stick out from the wall, which was unsightly. Based on the measurements of the room, Champion should have known that there would be an issue with outlets and make the necessary preparations ahead of time as well as informing us of our options.
Screen on sliding glass door is poor quality, thin, with several noted tears/holes. Have asked for this to be replaced; replacement is poor quality work.
Installed a faulty slider door (dent in frame and does not close/lock properly).
Caulking around trim/panels inside the room was done too quickly, sloppily, leaving gaps and cracks in several areas. Have asked for this to be corrected, still unsightly.
PTAC unit is loose, not sealed as there is a gap along bottom of unit, allowing cold air and debris to blow in. Several concerns still not addressed.
I do not believe that I received a fair value for my money, can’t believe that we depleted our savings for this!
Communication is largely deficient. Submitted a lack of satisfaction to Champion and Marie Downes replied that she was sorry for the inconvenience with our new KITCHEN (we added a 4-season room) and that she would look into it right away. Have not heard back from her in two months.

I've had Champion windows for quite some time.
I called about a kitchen window I believed needed replacement. With the lifetime warranty, my out-of- pocket cost was $119 for a service call. Well worth it!
Anthony, the service technician, thoroughly checked the kitchen window AND all of the other 14 windows and locks, recommending additional window replacements I was unaware I needed. He was polite and respectful of both me and my home.
Danielle, the customer service representative I had the pleasure of working with, was excellent at keeping me informed about my order.
If you're looking for windows, Champion has been around a long time and honors its lifetime warranty. Ask for Danielle and Anthony, and you won't be disappointed.

This company has the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. I had them replace all the windows in my home on December 8. Their windows are good, but their installation job leaves a lot to be desired. No drop clothes were used under the windows. I had a mess on the carpet, tile floors and throughout the house and even on the sofa in the living room. The window tracks were not even cleaned out after installation and they were full of plastic shavings. I had to take a shop vac and clean all the windows out. Window sills were damaged and cracked under several windows. I took pictures of all this mess and sent them to the company right after the installation and that was back on December 10. I have left messages with them, sent weekly emails and all I hear back is someone will contact you. The salesperson that came out and did the estimate does not even respond. I am still waiting almost two months later for someone from Champion to contact me.

I have been trying to get my money back from this company for almost a year when they put in some windows that are not what the salesman told me when he sold me these windows. they send out repairmen and the repairman can hear the problem but will not do anything to fix the problem. Then Champion will say that they are sorry but will not refund my money.
