They responded very quickly to my inquiry and sent someone out right away. Their prices are fair and very competitive. It took less than 6 weeks to have the windows made and ready to install. The install, completed by Pavel, was completed professionally in only a couple of days and looks great! Any questions I had before and during the whole process were answered promptly. I really appreciate the ability to call them and talk to a person rather than get an automated response.

The installer, Pavel, arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did an amazing job, making sure to clean up any debris, leaving our home as if it were his own. There were 10 windows replaced in my home by Primax and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their windows. Very knowledgeable people talking and explaining the windows to us the person measures the windows did perfect. Love the windows very knowledgeable person putting them in , person doing the trimming of the windows did a great job.

I LOVE MY NEW SHOWER!! Words can't express the incredible difference this new shower install has made in my life!! Beautiful job in replacing my old nasty hard to clean jet tub, Jeremy my installer was very professional, polite, left no mess behind, thank you so much!

So far, we are very happy with our windows. They are very nice looking and they even block nearly all outside noise. They are very easy to open and close. Our installer, Paval did such a nice job! Most of our windows are 7 feet off the ground and one is 61" x 122". The sixteen windows were installed over 3 days.

Great installation and a quality product. Pavel did wonderful work removing our old French door and installing a beautiful sliding glass door. It works smoothly and Pavel trimmed it out so it looks like original construction. Very satisfied with the entire process from sale to installation.

Had exterior door replaced with new door installed! Also had storm door reinstalled! Pavel was our installer and did an excellent job! Would highly recommend!

Pavel replaced 17 windows this week. He was very respectful and detailed. He did a great job getting them in. The windows look wonderful and helped with outside sound. The photos are before and after.

I have been working with Primax for 10+ years replacing windows, bays, entry doors and have nothing but good to say about the company. Due to budget restraints the work had to be spread out over time. As of now we have completed all window and door replacements, 20 windows and 1 front entry door as well as a French door.
All technicians did a fantastic job as well as being courteous.
On one of the installs George Jenkins, president of Primax arrived on the scene just checking out the work and drive 1.75 hours to do so. My hat is off to Primax. Thank you for doing and being what you said you were!
