The interaction with Efficient Home Services was simple, easy, and painless. Everything was open and honest from the start. They took care of everything and kept us updated throughout the way, from the initial contact until the point at which the net metering was linked. My queries were all answered by our contact Christian throughout the process. This has been a truly wonderful experience by a long shot.

Last year I had several companies provide quotes, this one was not the cheapest nor most expensive. I liked the salesman, so I went with them. That has been the beginning of my nightmare with these incompetent buffoons. I paid $70,000 for a complete grid so I wouldn't have to pay for electricity from the power company. I have not had a single month where my system has worked. They initially had too many panels on a breaker, which caused the breaker to trip. So, after multiple trips, they determined they had to split it off, then both tripped, then they "fixed" it for about 3 weeks, and one breaker started tripping. The technician came to my house and showed me where the installed component had been arcing on my roof and was burnt completely. When I sent a picture to the service manager, I got zero response back. I'm not sure what was done to actually fix it this last time, but it is now tripping again. Go with anyone else, if they can't solve the problem when they install it, you will never have a working system.

I trusted them to install a solar panel system and they destroyed my barrel roof causing multiple leaks, the worse part is they don’t stand behind their work and have ignored my request to repair their work. I’d call, leave messages and they would never call back to the point where I had to contract an attorney and even then, it's like pulling teeth to get them to repair the damage they caused. Don’t trust Google reviews as anyone can post without being a legitimate customer. One year after installation, EHS still hasn’t made things right, run from this company like the plague.

from the beginning to the end of my Solar project, after Interviewing 4 different Florida companies, I got the best feeling from EHS and the promise of a smooth and seamless job. From the engineering to the permitting to the inspection, HOA, and TECO, the entire project ran like clockwork.
Hayden was always there to answer my unrelenting questions and to coordinate my entire project, and keep me in the loop all along the way.
EHS was also very competitive in pricing.
Don't go ahead with any Solar Project without calling EHS.
They are the best.
