Paid to have a sunroom door installed over a year ago. Door was damaged and I let the installer know. Called the company while installer was here and was told to sign that work was completed and they promise to take care of the damage/faulty door. I signed but not before putting a note about the damage on the contract. Many months and many promises later, the door is still not fixed. It's going into two years now! Read the the reviews before mine. Very similar experiences, including the warehouse fire voicemail. Elite folks do not keep their word and sell you faulty products. I paid full price for damaged merchandise and got nothing but excuses. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!

I am not one to complain, but I want to help anyone avoid this situation I am going through and being robbed basically. Well let’s just begin with this whole process began back in March of this year. I was looking to have siding put on my entire house and 2 new windows. I got multiple estimates and being a veteran owned company even though I am in Pennsylvania, I decided to choose them. My project is supposed to be completed the end of May. Beginning of May, I am told they cant do siding on the entire house because the type of exterior i currently have. This should have been the red flag to turn me away, but i decided to have them come out and see what they could do since they offered to give another estimate. They could do the windows, siding on the garage and gables, and offered insulating the ceiling in my garage. So I agreed. Said they would still be able to make the time frame.. done by the end of May. Even though I changed color because the original color picked would not look right with only doing part of the house. They get the insulating done at the end of May, but none of the other work. Even though i was told the windows were in. The insulators shorted a wire for my garage door by stapling through it. And did a very sloppy job covering electrical boxes and a huge empty space. I had to hound them to come out and fix my garage door after getting yelled at by the owner. He talked down on my like I was a child. And there was supposed to be a guy that would come and fix my insulation and address issues, but he just randomly showed up one day when I was not even in the state without notice. Was told he would get in touch with me about setting up a date and never did. Still looks the exact same but at least my garage door closes now i guess. Their business caught on fire in June, which is after when the project should have been completed by. The owner stated the fire was the reason they were not started and would be in touch about setting up a date. I attempted to get in contact multiple times in the following months and continues to get disrespectful answers. Then suddenly stopped answering their phones saying to leave a voicemail and they will get back. It is now the end of October with no response from them and whenever I call it says the call can not be completed so they either blocked me or disconnected their phones. And I fully paid for it. I attempted asking for a refund weeks after the completion date but was told i would not be receiving one. So now i paid them and the work is not done and can’t even get in contact with anyone. I really needed this work done by this winter but it does not look like that will be happening. So everyone please beware and do your research like I should have done. Just look at the better business bureau reviews…

I signed a contract in 2020 to have my gutter replaced. After contacting again and again, , I even got the permit and let them know. And I had to call again and the contractor said they can't do I. I still have not gotten our deposit back.
They don't want to do it because I told them I'm not paying extra. Now I can't contact them

If i could give them zero stars i would. Horrible experience with them I should've known better based on the reviews. I had a siding done to my house which started out fine everything was looking lovely until the workers hit my circuit box inside the house with a nail while doing the siding . Which they knew they did it was brought to their attention to the site supervisor on my premises he then stated that the company was gonna take it out the workers pay etc... so me and my husband hired a electrician to repair the issue as soon as possible because we was without power. The electrician stated it was a nail that hit the circuit breaker box from the siding. We call the company to get reimbursed due to their workers negligence spoke to alledged owner eric who stated he wasn't paying for anything because we never called him first to discuss the repairs . But we did we sent a video and photos of the nail that was found in the circuit breaker box inside our house . He went on to say he couldn't see the video clearly or photos etc . that they have their own electrician who could've handled it if we would have called him first . Poor business response and action . We spent over 30, 000 for a siding job and for a 1800 job To repair my circuit box at the expense of us being reimbursed . You dismissed us with valid proof . I will be contacting the better business bureau and whomever else i need to contact in regards to this issue . So now we left we a bunch of little nails where the workers cracked our walls and not to mention the circuit breaker boxer . I advise no one to do business with them or you will reap the repercussions later . All they had to do was reimbursed us for the negligence no one was trying to get over . We was going to use them for other jobs in the future they lost this customer.

Unprofessional and dishonest. First two words to describe elite. We contracted in October 2021 to do our master bath and two exterior doors. Mid March elite installs the wrong doors as the exterior was supposed to be dark bronze finish and it's white. Over 19 calls and we still have the wrong doors. Elite stalled until the bathroom was finished and they collected payment. Now their response is when the final payment is made, NOT what the contract states. A reputable business would have ordered new doors and had them installed months ago. It has been 8 months of them making zero effort to correct the issue. The bathroom project was another issue. We repeatedly asked about the budget and for invoices. The sales guy would respond "don't worry were good". On August 2 2022 he comes over to discuss the doors, which it was not it was to collect money and he had no intention of doing anything with the doors. He brings a word document saying we are thousands over budget. The main item is tile. I specifically picked tile that was in budget. Shower walls $2 square ft, ended up with a $4 square ft because elite did not order enough and it was out. The shower floor was $10 square ft, $3 over budget but small area and offset by the wall cost. Elite stated that we are over 2k in tile cost. The floor tile is the only possibility. The sales guy was informed in writing that if that tile was over budget not to install and we had another tile with a short lead time. Elite still installed the tile without telling us cost other than it was supposed to be in budget. Lighting. Elite installed 6 slim recessed lights, may of which I have installed. Those run $20-30 at most. Elite said we owe over $340 for lights. Those lights cost no more than $180. They take no accountability. They are not trustworthy. Do not use this contractor. You will see when they respond it will be an excuse just like all their other responses.
Edit: as seen in the response Elite refuses to adhere to their contractual obligations. The work will be completed before any other payment is made. And as requested several times I want copies of all invoices and the budget. In addition elite has had 8 months to correct the issue. Unacceptable by any means.

This company was recommended for window replacements. My initial contact with representatives began wonderful. The salesman, office ladies, measurement guy were all very professional and courteous. Then there’s Cris, the installation guy. This man took this company from 5 to -1 if that was an option. STRIKE 1. He propped open my front storm door, leaving my front door wide open while he was in on the rear of my house using my lawn chair to stand on for the first window instead of using his ladder. After clearly observing an infant in the house that was moved to be out of the way.
STRIKE 2. When bringing a window into one of the bedrooms he knocked over a gift bag that was sitting near the door. He then stepped over the items he knocked out of the bag and was upset when I told him, when you knock something over pick it up. His response was yeah ok and at no point did he attempt to apologize or pick up anything. STRIKE 3. Instead of utilizing a drop cloth, he attempted multiple times to place his dirty tools on bedding and furniture which he tossed around like this was his residence. When completing the job he was observed kicking pieces of old windows around on my hardwood floors as I do not have carpet. He did not clean up any of his mess and had the nerve to question why I gave him a bad review on his paper. He completely failed at his attempt of intimidation for the horrible review he received. I was contacted by a man from the office of course for payment and when expressing my concerns his only response was. Oh well he usually gets good reviews. With that lack of professionalism, the disregard for my residence, IF IT WERE FREE I WOULD STILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THE COMPANY EVER AGAIN. And they can thank Cris for that.

Thank you for your response. Yes I paid because the windows were installed. As for satisfied please see photos because that’s an overstatement…. Also why would I have someone who was observed kicking his trash around back to my home for anything. Lastly Sir, I never requested any conversation, simply professionalism.
