You’ll earn when your referral goes solar with EnergyPal, and you’ll continue to earn as your network grows and your referrals help others go solar with EnergyPal. There are no limits to the size of your network in our program and how much you can earn! Remember, EnergyPal provides easy access to great deals on solar and home batteries, so your referrals will enjoy the same benefits as all our customers.
Referral Network Rewards
- Level 1: $500 when your referral installs solar.
- Level 2: $250 when your referral then refers another who installs solar.
- Level 3: $100 when your Level 2 referral then refers another who installs solar.
- Level 4: $50 when your Level 3 referral then refers another who installs solar.
- Level 5: $25 for every other referral level resulting in an installation.

For referrals provided between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2026 you will be eligible to earn referral network rewards for new system activations. To earn rewards your information must be in EnergyPal systems as a customer or as a prospective customer prior to referring friends.
Your referral's information will need to be provided and connected to you as your registered referral before product quotes are generated for your referral to qualify as your referral, and cannot be applied anytime after initial quote generation. The best way to ensure your referrals are registered is to provide your referrals early or have them fill out the referral form then have your referral contact EnergyPal. Referrals entered in the form will be registered as long as they are non-duplicative with existing EnergyPal contacts and referrals and contain valid contact information. Referral rewards will be payable upon your referral's successful project installation.
Our referral programs are made available in good faith and we expect the same good faith from referring parties. We may withhold rewards where we believe referring parties are acting in bad faith or otherwise acting contrary to the intent of this program. To be clear, commercializing, advertising, publishing, mass distributing, selling or paying for use of referral links is not appropriate, and we will not honor such links. We cannot cover every nefarious scenario, nor will we attempt to, but we do promise to be fair and reasonable.

Disapproved activities for referral program:
- Affiliate marketing
- Incentivized signups
- Misleading information
- Falsified information
Must be at least 18 years old and registered in EnergyPal data system to be eligible for rewards. No entry fee, payment or purchase required for eligibility and participation. The recipient of reward is responsible for all taxes and local requirements and fees. Program and rewards are conditional on and subject to local laws and regulations. Unfortunately, Quebec, Ohio and Virginia residents are not eligible for referral program rewards.
