I had an impact entry door installed last February 2024. The installers came out six times to try to install properly. The door would not close properly and had play and was offset/not even. The door failed inspection. Finally, in mid May 2024, a manager of operations came out and admitted that the door had not been installed properly and that he would have a new frame ordered. The field manager had told me I would be given a partial refund due to the inconvenience, which I never received. At the end of May 2024, a new door frame was reinstalled and the top of the door still had light coming through the top and water when a rainstorm occurred and still does. Wind, heat, cold and bugs come through the top where light can be seen. The hinges are offset/the door has play, and the parts of the lock began rusting last September 2024. I called repeatedly (every 2 weeks) to have someone come back out and finally last November 2024 someone from service came out and tried to fix it and agreed that there were issues and that he would let the manager in Orlando know. No one called me back or emailed me until I demanded to speak to a manager again in December 2024. Finally, the Operations Manager called me in January 2025 and said that the inspection was completed. I found out that the inspection was closed with no inspection done. I informed him that the door is still not installed properly and that I would like a refund and will give them the door back. He told me that he would talk to his field manager and get back to me, but he never did. I followed up with emails and there were no responses from the operations manager. I called again last week and was told that someone would call me back, but no one did. I have requested my money back since the door has never been installed properly and it has been almost a year since the original installation. There are times I call customer service and I am on hold for 30 minutes. Today I was on the phone for over an hour and on hold for 40 minutes waiting to speak to someone in Orlando. I am told that I will get a callback from the field manager, Sebastian either today or tomorrow.

Contacted FHIA regarding having a new impact window put in, we had the pleasure of having Matthew come to our home what a knowledgeable young man no pressure from him at all he walked us thru the whole process he was a pure delight to deal with.

Next day we were contacted by  Althea who let us know the next day a gentleman would be out to do the measurements and as promised right on time came Marco  he was polite informative advised our window would be ready in a few weeks, and right on time we received the phone call that it was ready. We were scheduled 3 weeks later.

The morning of install as promised we received a phone call that the install crew was on their way. Luis arrived with his partner and they began the work putting up plastic to keep our home free of dust a debris.  They were very polite respectful of our home and knew what they were doing. They answered any questions we had. They took so much pride in there work and it really shows. We were told it would only take a few hours and that was true.

Everyone we came in contact with was perfessional, respectful.

Yoel then came to check on the job and schedule the inspection at our convenience very perfessional and personable.  Would definitely use this company again and would definitely recommend them.  Wonderful experience.
The quality of the window was beyond our expectations.

This company was seamless. Waiting for the permit takes a while but they sent out about 5 guys to make this a quick job. The installation was rapid and clean. An old marble window sill cracked and they replaced it at no extra cost

Hello to all those reading this message. But I would like to warn you about a fraud this company truly is. Their lifetime warranty is fake and when you have a problem they will make you pay for repairs to get more money out of you. Please do yourself and favor and get any other subcontractor in impact windows and doors since they do not back up their warranty and scams customers. After paying 20k to replace my single home windows and doors, they want you charge me again for repairing door lock, misalignment for their subcontractor installation and panel. On top their service manager, was rude and insulted
By telling I should have been more careful in reading their contact.

Great job done by the whole crew, from the removing of the old, to the finish work after the new installation. We are very happy, windows look great, operate nicely, close, and lock great

FHIA install our impact windows 7 yrs ago. We left one window out and planned to have it install in the future. Well, we're ready and called to get an estimate. Tina the consultant showed up with a smile and compliments about how our windows enhanced the home. I let her know the energy bill went down in monthly price, like half almost since windows had been installed. Also, it can be pouring outside and wind blowing we never hear it until we look out the window to see its raining. I love the windows and Tina was so professional and explained every detail about the different programs and broke down the cost to were we understood how the total came about. The contractors who did the installation was also professional and respected our property while doing the work. Thank you FHIA & Tina!
