The salesman was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the different types of shower installs that they offered. Once I made my selection they scheduled an install date. Their employees came urging the aforementioned date and time and completed the install. They were very clean with my space and professional! I’d recommend this company to anyone needing a bath remodel!

This company is very good with communication. The installers were professional and punctual. The material used for the walls and floor look like actual “real” marble. From the initial estimate to the installation we had a very pleasant experience. Charlie was punctual and provided detailed information. He listened and answered all of questions. He provided us with the necessary documentation to make an informed decision concerning our bathroom remodel. When he said it would take 1 day to complete, maybe 2 days, I was a little apprehensive.
Scheduling the job with Brooke was a breeze. She kept us informed on when the materials were shipped, arriving to the warehouse, and when to expect the team out to our home. The team arrived on time and although they ran into some minor issues, they were quickly rectified and the project continued. It literally took them one day to finish. It’s only been a week but we are loving our new shower!

Great experience from start to finish with Five Star Bath Solutions to remove our ugly fiberglass bath/shower combo and install a beautiful new walk in shower. It started with Tammy who was extremely knowledgeable and walked through the process with us and made sure our selection was what we wanted. No pushy or high pressure sales like some other companies we talked to. Brooke did a great job communicating with us making sure we stayed informed on the materials and scheduling the installation. The installation process was very smooth and Santana and his team did an amazing job. Santana walked us through the process and went out of his way to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Couldn't be happier with the process and the quality of his work. The team also went out of their way to be sure the bathroom and outside area were spotless before they left. The new shower is amazing. Still hard to believe it was completed in less than a full day.

Santana removed our tub, installed new flooring, and added the wainscoting. The quality of work was outstanding and very beautiful in his details. His demeanor was above reproach and went above and beyond our expectations. Arrived at the time scheduled. Left absolutely no trash. Would give Santana above 5 stars if I could. The quality of products were superior. Brett was our first contact with 5 Star and wonderful to suggest and give us choices. Brett was very acknowlegeable and worked within our budget.

Excellent new shower. Great service and great ideas that I had never thought of. Everything explained in advance and very happy with my new shower. Best price out of 10 different bathroom places i received estimates from.

I’ve written numerous reviews for various establishments, & they’re all 100% how I truly feel. Before contacting Five Star, I was in contact with at least 2-3 other companies. Five Star not only had the BEST price, but they had the best customer service. Starting from Joe the owner, the lady Brooke (not sure of her title) who answers the phone at the Marietta office, our consultant Chuck, & the installers…Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, & transparent. Compared to the other companies that I was quoted from, Five Star had the same double life time warranties, & our contract included the demolition & removal of our current bathroom. One company was going to charge extra for the demolition & removal & their price was $9k more than Five Star’s quote. Mr. Chuck quoted everything & showed me how the money was going to be allocated for each item. Other companies were just throwing outrageous numbers out there & couldn’t tell me what exactly I was paying for. With Five Star, every penny was accounted for & our contract stated no surprise fees. So Chuck was very thorough & explained everything from start to finish. My wife & myself are very pleased with our complete bathroom remodel. The only thing Five Star doesn’t do, is PAINT! Luckily we have a paint lady named Amanda that does GREAT WORK & she came in after they finished & put the final touch. If you need her info, just message me.
