After being introduced to Florida Home 360 at the home show, I contacted the company and Brandon visited my home to deliver a sales presentation. I then decided to move forward with replacing my roof. The entire process was seamless from that point onward. Antonio and Martin handled the permitting process efficiently, removed the old roof, and replaced the damaged tongue and groove boards, which had been compromised by termite damage. The necessary supplies were delivered, and the crew worked from 8 AM to 8 PM on the first day. Having no prior experience with roof replacement, I was pleased to find that my experience was more positive than the horror stories I had heard with some other companies. Egliz From the office kept me informed with the day to day progress.
I highly recommend Florida Home 360 to anyone requiring roof repair or replacement services.

We recently hired Florida Home 360 to replace two sets of French Doors and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, their team was professional, on-time every day, meticulous and incredibly professional.

Starting with David who came out for our initial meeting to Mirla who organized the scheduling to the amazing installation crew who took their time at every step. The crew was knowledgeable, considerate and meticulous in their work. The doors even came in weeks earlier than promised - a first in my experience. The doors look stunning, and the quality of the craftsmanship and people working for Florida Home 360 truly stands out.

Florida Solar and Air now known as Florida Home360 Did our roof, hurricane impact windows, and garage door 4 1/2 years ago. It does not appear I gave them a review when the work was initially done so here it is. They are efficient and professional. The quality of work is exceptional. It’s been almost 5 years and we are extremely happy with the work that they’ve done for us. They were out to our house today for a minor warranty repair on our sliding door (first time ever since installation). I contacted them two days ago and they had a tech out here this morning. They were here on time and completed the repair within minutes. We have consistently been impressed and are grateful we chose them to do the work on our home. We highly recommend Florida Home360.

I am really happy with my experience with Florida Solar & Air. The guys were professional and trustworthy. A couple things got broken but they were replaced and I am being reimbursed for a cracked window (an older one where they had replaced some window sills separate from the windows that were replaced.

Anyway, they are a trustworthy company. They have an A+ rating with the BBB. That means a lot to me. I really love the look and maneuverability of my new windows and front door.

Thanks so much to Jaime who is an incredible project manager. He made sure everything was done right and and helped it along as well. He is so kind and professional. He is a very nice guy. Thank you to Marla for planning out the visits from the installers. By the way, they are always punctual. I have never seen with the amount of people and coordination...that everything was on time. When they say they will call or be at your house, they will.

FS & Air came out. Did a fantastic job. The PM Antonio Fernandez, provided timely updates, accepted my call anytime day or night no matter the reason. Answered all my concerns. Explained any issues and made sure any changes to the project was addressed, discussed and approved by me.
I will say the office was also on point with calling and keeping me posted.

Brandon, who was my consultant. Took the bad taste of PACE of out my mouth.

The entire Hurricane Window process from beginning to end deserves five stars. 1st scheduling the person to come and give us the quote was fast and easy. They were professional, answered all our questions, and we had many, showed us recommendations and different pricing options. They also offered many ways to pay and made it easy for us to choose our payment method. They took care of all the HOA approvals and submitting for permits with the county. Once the windows were ready to be installed, they called and gave me several dates to choose from. They explained to me in detail the process, they came at the time scheduled. The installers removed the old windows, recycled them, and installed the new windows in one day. I only had five window but they worked efficiently. The end product was better than I expected. They left everything clean and the caulking around the windows looks perfect. The permit inspection passed on the first visit. I will recommend FL Solar and Air.
