This has been a while coming but only because I did not write a review until we got a few rain storms since this is a review of a roof replacement.
Back in January of last year I called a few different roofer for a quote for a replacement roof because my insurance company was going to cancel my house insurance if I did not replace my roof.
Well, even though it was 5 in the afternoon. Kyle Hanley offered to come out to my house and talk to me about my roof and how they could help me. Now, because I had solar panels on my roof it was a problem that most companies did not want anything to do with helping me.
Now Kyle sat here in my house and we talked for hours about what had to be done in order to get me a new roof. Since he was in my house and he could see my ceiling he told me that the solar panels were starting to affect my roof. Which I knew because I was already in touch with the solar company about my ceiling.
He gave me 2 prices one for them to remove the panels and replace them after doing the roof. But I had to get permission from the solar company, The other was just for the roof if the solar company took off the panels.
Solar company would not give them permission to take the panels off. I fought with them about it and told them that my ceiling was getting really bad with water stains.
Finally, after the adjuster came, he right away said that it was the panels that were causing the leaks and yes it was their fault. That was in April and I kept getting messages from the man that was handling my claim. I talked to him about what his company would do for me and it just seemed that it was going nowhere quickly. So I decided to try to make a deal with the solar company. Since my roof was 17 years old I would be willing to pay for the roof if they would remove and replace the panels at no cost to me. Because they wanted to charge me over five thousand to do so. When it was their fault for telling me my roof was in great shape. The panels were only on my roof for 2 or 3 years.
Grapevine pro did keep in touch with me and I told them what was happening with the solar company. Marc told me just let him know the date of the removal and he would put me on their calendar. It was 8 months of waiting for the removal date. Yet they were able to install a beautiful new roof in just day notice. They came here and within a few hours my old roof was off and the new one on and done.
This company was so wonderful to work with when I had all these problems holding them up and were one of the few that helped me. They came and did the job. Cleaned up afterwards, they did not leave anything laying about. Even the dumpster was gone from my house the same day. I would like to thank all the people that I dealt with in this company. Each and everyone of them were very professional. I would call them again for another job. Wonderful company!

Materials and crew showed up on time. Edgar the chief installer took measurements and then explained in detail what he had to do to make the window installations fit just right. As he and his son were doing the installations Edgar kept informing me what he was doing and why he had to do it that way, very informative and educational. They were very organized, neat and clean. After the job was complete I was amazed how different my house looked, like a brand new side to my house! Based on my experience I would HIGHLY recommend Grapevine Pro. Hats off to Edgar and junior THE ULTIMATE PROFESSIONALS !!!!!!

The project was not as stressful as I thought it would be. Beginning with Brian who came out to do the estimates to Marc the concierge the project just flowed quite smoothly.

Marc also gave me updates on the projects and checked on me to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.

Getting new windows through Grapevine Pro Construction was one of the best experiences I've had hiring a contractor! From the sales demo to the final walk-through, working with Grapevine was smooth, straightforward, and trustworthy. Art, the sales demo guy, was honest and not pushy, allowing me to time to consider. The crew who installed the windows were clean, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. The whole house was done in a day. Marc, the go-to guy for questions before, along the way, and after, was also respectful and sensitive to my concerns. My calls were either answered immediately or returned within an hour or so. Andre, Connor and Chris, the pre / post install crew, checked throughout the job to see that all was well. The windows themselves are sturdy, high-quality and give my house a clean, modern look. Excellent experience!

Great experience. Top notch. To start the Sales Manager Jayson was super friendly and every knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions that I had. Walk threw step by step how the planning to installation process. Great information about varies products the offer and gave great details about each product. Then moving forward with the pre installation Conner came out and assets the what materials we need. Went over the plan for removal and installation . Very friendly and took detail pictures to make sure everything was good for the day of installation. Two days later Bryan called to confirm that everything is good to go for day of installation. He's crew arrived at 7:30 and went straight to work. Help move plants i have around my home and grill and started trapping around my home. They removed my old roof and installed new vent caps, drip guards around everything and installed the roof ridge vent in 6 hours. And the crew were very through with cleaning as they went picking up all loose shingles and othe materials right away. When they were done they pack up the tools went around moved all my plants and grill back and did a though walk around to make sure to get all left over materials and trash around my home. And we're even nice enough to clean out my gutters. Great experience with this guy's and I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

I was interested in getting new energy efficient windows and as luck would have it a rep from grapevine was in the neighborhood and talked with me. The reviews for the company were good so I decided to go for it since they offered me a fantastic price to do 15 windows. It was one of the best decisions I made as an adult. The house is cooler now that the windows help keep the heat out and it is quieter as well! Edgar did a fantastic job and Chris was forthcoming with information and kept checking in with me to make sure everything was going according to plan. I can’t recommend grapevine enough!

We found a roof leak after all the recent rain in early April. That week Grapevine Pro sent Jayson out to meet with us. He talked us through our options and answered all put questions. A couple days later the project manager Chris came to review and confirm measurements and the scope of work and the crew was on site making the repairs in 10 days. Chris was on site daily performing QA, meeting with the crew and also talking to us. I would highly recommend Grapevine Pro to anyone in the area. Professional, timely, great workmanship and great value. Couldn't ask for anything better for this process.
