Stuart did our inspection and proposal. Great guy. Our crew was led by their foreman A.J. He was extremely knowledgeable, kept us informed at every step and he and his crew did a very nice job. Very friendly, answered all of my questions and was receptive to input I gave him. Overall I am very pleased. This is a super organization.

Codi Martin was very personable, knowledgeable, professional and patient with me. He gave good information, answered questions and educated me on the process/materials. This house is 114 yrs old & needs proper work done. Too many have come in and done sloppy get by work through the yrs my grandma bought it 1974. Codi gave me names & #'s of others that can help with other issues. This was more than I expected, very grateful. I would adopt Codi, he reminds me of my eldest son that passed.

When Chris Murray from Groundworks came out to do an inspection of our home, we absolutely expected for him to sell us a pricey package to permanently repair a recurring crack in our stucco. Instead, he gave us an honest appraisal and told us our home was level and we didn't need to do anything. I highly recommend Chris from Groundworks if you want someone with integrity that will give an honest opinion,

I contacted Indiana Foundation (subset of Groundworks) to inspect brick separation along the north side of my home. They sent their "best" out to inspect and create and estimate for repairs. They insisted that we needed far more piers than another company recommended and stated that it would be better and more stable to do so. They encouraged me to contract them for the repair, promising that it would be warrantied for the life of the structure. They installed 13 piers around the north side of my home.

Shortly after the work was completed, more cracking along mortar joints occurred, shifting of doorways and windows, cracking inside our home along walls. I immediately called and was assured that this was due to the home becoming "more level and square," however these issues were not present prior to the pier installation. I have called numerous times, had them inspect several times, and they always were adamant that everything was fine, however it was getting worse.

We tried to give Indiana Foundation another opportunity to correct the issues. They sent another "expert" to inspect around OCT 2023 and this person showed photos of a crawlspace full of water and damaged floor joists, provided two estimates for $14,202 and $49,035!! We have had a structural engineer out, a crawlspace expert, and another foundation company. They all showed photos of a very dry crawlspace, secure vapor barrier, and all of them stated the piers just needed adjusted and are over-correcting causing more damage to my home. It is so unbelievable that after hiring them for a job due to one mortar joint splitting that they would have the audacity to quote nearly $50,000 more of work after YEARS of swearing that everything is perfect and fine. I would not use this company at all.

I had my sidewalk, walkway, and cement patio fixed. The company and workers did a great job. Professional and knowledgeable group.
Work was done on a timely matter. Thanks to Matt, Nick, Stacey, Jose (the other guys with Jose).

Lynn and his team just finished the job in the basement. The original plan had to be changed as unforeseen circumstances popped up and he worked with us to develop a new solution. The whole team was courteous and kept the work environment clean as possible. We felt we were informed through the whole process and brought us down to the basement to show the progress.

I would recommend Groundwork and this Team for any job you need done!!!

Ground Works came to my resident to evaluate my crawl space. David Stern was exceptional to work with and I would highly recommend David to anyone who requires expertise in this field. David was extremely pleasant to work with, he was so very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He shared a detailed plan with me regarding my crawlspace, and spent the time to ensure I understood all aspects of what he was sharing with me. Again, I was very impressed by David’s knowledge and appreciated the time he took at my property, highly recommend David and Ground Works.

I had my concrete driveway lifting done yesterday, looks so nice! Jackson T and Anthony C did a great job. They were professional, explained what they would be doing, made it all even. They even went beyond and put paddy/sand at bottom of a brick wall. They did not have to do that, but I really appreciated it. Thanks guys.

We have just initiated work to be done by Groundworks. Our contact is Ross Feezor and he he been extraordinary! He gave us all the information we needed to make a decision and was very prompt with his answers in addition to being very personable. We would highly recommend him!!
