Terrible customer service. Asked to take off the $10 interactive feature you can use through your cell phone to arm and disarm after just starting a contract with them a few months ago. Was told before I had the choice to keep it or to not keep it so I opted to keep it thinking my husband would like it, but he told me I should have taken it off when he got home. Called today to remove the feature and they told me I could not remove it until my initial agreement ended (in 5 years). There was no way around it to make that happen for me and they told me I was given the wrong information from them prior. I told them I would like to cancel since clearly that made me aggrivated to no end since it was such a Simple request of a paying customer and I was told it would cost me $700 to to end my contract early! Clearly I was trying to save money, so no, couldnt get out of it. So now I am stuck paying an extra $10 a month for 5 years for a feature we will never even use. Thanks Guardian for not giving a crap about your customers. It's Iike I was asking for the world from them. Cannot wait for my 5 years to be up with this lousy company. I would have given ZERO Stars.

This company has been to my house to fix things they said was not the right equipment and me having to miss work for their incompetence.
I got the system for the camera and it does not work and has been changed out multiple times. They can not provide the service they contracted that I am required to pay for.
Do not get their service. It is horrible and this has been shared on Facebook, instagram and twitter!

I have been a customer at Guardian Protection Services since 2003 (14 years) and everything was going okay. But then I upgraded with the camera (1). I spoke with them over the phone and was told this would extend my contract for 1 year, I was okay with that considering the fact that I had been with them for 14 years (I had no intentions of leaving). My monthly fee was also going to increase from $35 to $45, which was explained and okay. Once they came out and installed the camera it was not working properly. (Not picking up any humans just car lights only) so we reset it numerous times as instructed but it still did not work. We called for them to come out, they came out but the camera still never worked. So I called to have them return the camera because it does not work properly and was told, that was impossible and I owe them $350 for the camera and $195 for the repair call for a total of $545 plus the $45 monthly fee we pay for a camera that does not work. I then call to cancel the contract and was told I was under a 3 year contract (when initially I was told 1 year) and it would be over $2000 to cancel. I explained I've been a loyal customer for 14 years but that didn't really matter to them.

Salesman came to my house, gave me a quote. I called back twice to ask questions and order service, but he never called me back. Needless to say, I can't imagine I'd trust the monitoring given the fact that they won't call back for a sale.

Well I did correspond with Natha D through several emails. Nathan D is their liaison for complaints/ customer satisfaction and he really does not try to help. He gave the $195 credit for the service call (which I should NEVER have been charged) but would not take back the camera that has never worked and is still charging me $350 and monthly fee for the camera monitoring service which doesn't work. But he said they will come out again for a fee!
So much for their WECARE customer satisfaction. They did not care that I've been with them for so long. NO LOYALTY!!!
