Thank you to Leonard Dorian, Alex Zaring, and their crew for their impressive, timely, affordable work. They showed us the problems in our current roof with photos and thermal imaging, provided multiple roof color options, and scheduled the work within one week. They delivered on finishing the work in under one day. The workers arrived around 7:30 am and left before 5 pm. We love the 25 year parts and labor warranty--we'll never need to buy another roof!! We definitely recommend this company to anyone considering roof replacement.

Excellent work. Highly recommended. Had a new roof installed, including all the wood panels. Also removed and replaced the nasty insulation in my attic! You have to take care of what's over your head! They were professional, attentive and overall awesome. Note: Air ducts and dryer vent (yes, dryer vent, better drying and prevents a possible 🔥) cleaning underway. Looking forward to lower utility bills and fresh, healthy air inside 👍🏡

These guys were all amazing. From Blake, to Ryan, to Stace and Dana, to the installers. Everyone was professional and personable. They let us know if they were going to be late, got us paperwork we needed, got us a fantastic warranty & product, plus a great rate and financing, the colors we wanted, & answered all our questions with patience and grace. In fact we're so happy we're having them quote more work! We would definitely recommend them to all our friends and neighbors 😀

Working with Home Genius Exteriors was a great experience from the initial call back after finding them on the internet to completion of my projects. Ali the sales manager was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I never felt pressured into getting anything done. After deciding on a new roof, gutters and ceiling repair from a roof leak. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process by the project managers AJ and Dylan. I love the camera link provided so that I could view the progress of my roof installation. The installation crew was friendly and respectful, they worked well together and completed the job in a timely manner. Everyone on the team from sales, finance and project management was easily accessible and responsive. Thanks to Markus, Dana and Kiersten as well. It’s been a pleasure working all of you! Ashley :)

This company was very accommodating to our needs After we signed the contract we looked at many different options to help protect the base due to our low foundation. We also went back and forth on color choices. The company helped us to feel confident in our final choice. They then waited until I was finally ready to complete the project months
later.During the process they kept in touch with us and even made additional trips to discuss changes. We have received many compliments from neighbors we don't even know. Fantastic communication and installation. I am getting. Roof gutters and siding done. The roof was installed yesterday. It was a great experience Ryan kept me informed throughout the project we needed for wood repaired .this was not unexpected given the age of the roof but Ryan sent pictures of what needed to be replaced as well as pictures with wood replacement. I am looking forward to the gutters and siding next

Kyle was our project manager, and he did an excellent job of communicating progress, and keeping in touch before, during, and after the work was completed. He was able to give us a walk through using photos of the work taken by the team and documenting all of the work that they completed. The team arrived to the job early, and had the job complete in under 7 hours. This included the removal of all the old shingles, replacing any roofing boards that needed to be replaced (it's a roof from 1945, so boards instead of plywood sheets), and installing the new shingles, including a ventilation system, drip edge flashing, and a felt vapor barrier. The finished job looks fantastic. Our family is very happy to have a sealed, weather proof roof again! I highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for speed, efficiency, quality, excellent value and communication. Thank you to Kyle and his team, Kwanzaa, Dana, and Kiersten.

That's why when our friends at Home Genius Exteriors heard we had leaks and roof damage necessitating a repair, they immediately mobilized their team to replace the roof at our Ronald McDonald House of Northern Virginia.
