Gavin has a great personality and puts one at ease during what can be a difficult period for anyone who is in the process of building a home. Got us going on the right path and put together a sensible system for us. We highly recommend Gavin and HomePro.

The service technicians at Home Pro are excellent. Rogelio Johnson was the technician and he is the best. he explained the issue and promptly fixed the issue and also spent time educating us on the app and other related things. HomePro should hire more technicians like Rogelio. The new ones who install are not experienced and don't spend the time teaching home owners on how the system works. Reaching out to HomePro via builder is the fastest they respond. Reaching out directly starts with request for payment.

Update: Within a week of this review, our entire system went down. No one at HomePro will return our call including "Kendrick" in their response below.

Similar to others below— if you have a problem with your HomePro products, you get the absolute runaround. I was told a manager would call me back, that absolutely did not happen. I even dialed the number + extension listed in the responses here. That person is “unavailable.”

I paid for wireless contacts, 3 exterior cameras, and a doorbell camera. All of which are not functioning properly. The cameras only work in live mode and will not show me any history. Half the time, live doesn’t work either. It’s just a constant spinning wheel of death. Though this system and cameras are new, we have been customers for 4 years and have never experienced this.

Home pro was very thorough in the explanation of my security system. I also appreciated their dedication and attention to detail to make sure it was installed properly. The Technician Castro even made a point to leave and go get another flood light for our home when he realized the one he had on hand was faulty. Quality service and so far I'm satisfied with our Home pro security system.

Pete set up my system and he is amazing. He expertly set up all of my media, then was so patient explaining my system to me. He followed up with me to make sure I was all good, then when I had additional questions and needed a refresher on the system, he stopped by on his way home from a long day to assist me again. I am very grateful for his professionalism and his patience with me.

I had a pleasant experience with Jeremy and Jesus with the installation of both systems.
They were respectful and very courteous of my home and my work time. They explained each system in depth and answered all questions with patience. I give them 5 stars.

He followed up from overnight call immediately the next morning. Great job! Ask for Alan if you call Home Pro.. Best Tech, Call Center Agent, etc.. Give that man a raise..

Taking a moment to express my satisfaction with the service I received from Damien. I have had many techs out to my house for an issue I am having and dealing with Damien was a smooth process. He was very professional and knowledgeable which was a level of customer service that exceeded my expectations. I appreciate his dedication to ensuring we had a plan set in place before he left. What an excellent selection experience at HomePro!! The process that Brian Green took us through for our new home build was very well done and very thorough. He is very knowledgeable and very approachable. I am extremely satisfied with HomePro and the seamless process they have created. Hats off to HomePro!!
