Home zone always kept me informed on the time frame of when the windows would be in and the installation would begin. The job was completed within the time frame they originally had stated. The installer was on time and did a great job, and when he was done he made sure everything was neat and clean leaving no trash in or outside my home.

Had our large Bay Window replaced. The 2 installers that came were very professional and courteous. Communication from. The sales department was timely and kept me updated through out the process. Most importantly, my wife and I are Very Happy with the quality of work!

This company has been a joy to work with every step of the way!! When a problem came up on the bay window we ordered-- they immediately rectified any and all problems! Jay, the General Mgr. was even out here on site, making sure we were happy with every detail!! My phone calls with questions were immediately answered, the crew was polite and awesomely skilled to complete our project! We could not be happier with Home Zone and our beautiful new bay window!! We definitely will call them next time we have an upgrade project!

These guys did an amazing job! Our windows came in earlier than what I expected and the installation was prompt. Jay, Steve, and Rob were nothing but the absolute best! I was expecting to have to clean up a big mess from such a big job but there was no clean up for me to do at all. They did everything! My windows look amazing (neighbors keep commenting on them) and I can already tell the difference they are making! Bye bye builder grade garbage! The air conditioning isn't having to run as much and when I am not using it, the windows are helping keep the cool air in! Too notch product from an awesome company! I'm not going to be afraid of my heating bill this winter. And Michigan winters are brutal! I would give Homezone Windows a BIG 10 out of 10 and would HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you!!!!!

Homezone was extremely professional from start to finish. The salesperson was understanding of our needs & budget and was not pushy in trying to sell us more than we wanted. The installers were knowledgeable and flexible. We loved working with them. The windows look just like wood. You can't tell the difference between our wood windows and the home zone windows. The contractor named Alex was second to none, top notch, fast and efficient. Every aspect went smooth as silk.
The price is very reasonable for what you get! I would definitely hire them again for all of my home improvements. 😊

After purchasing a $25k roof, I have had to have this company out 5-8 times for poor craftsmanship since the install in January. Even after that many visits and repairs I still have issues with the quality of work. I have drip edges that are bowed out, caulk lines that are half caulked, ridge cap that has more gaps than my previous, and this is only what I can see from the ground. They did a very poor job on cleanup also. I would never recommend or use again. Neighbor used Homepro three months after me and his roof is perfect and it was thousands cheaper. As a consumer, you expect that the professionals who were paid to do the job would do it correctly and not have to have this many visits.

They haven't completed the work yet, but the person who came out was very friendly.

The initial Home Zone rep (DV) was very personable and persuasive. The company was hired for: new siding/windows/gutters. Things quickly went downhill from there. ONE MONTH after measuring for windows/doors and getting an estimate, I received a call saying "your sliding glass door will be custom, it is not standard" (it is by the way); and "we missed counting a window." Estimate increased. Window installers were the only ones who performed up to expectation and showed up when they said they would. Siding team set dates to work and never showed up or called. Gutter team showed up to work and siding was not completed, nor was gutter crew informed of delay. This happened twice. Due to multiple changed estimates, delays in communication, or no communication at all. I would NEVER recommend this company. There are contractors out there who do what they say they will, on time & with integrity. This is not that company.

We had a vanguard door wall and Provia entry and storm doors installed two days before Thanksgiving. The crew did an excellent job, even replacing old wood around the entry door. We will need to repaint in the spring, but it's worth it to know we won't have problems later. They cleaned up while they were installing and afterward, ensuring they left my house the way they found it. My salesman did not attempt to up sale the way another local company did. The doors are stunning and clearly better quality than what is available at other companies we received quotes from.
