If you have ever wondered, "Why did I wait so long to do that?", then that is exactly what you will say after you have a bathroom upgrade done for you by Install America. David and Michael were our installers and they were wonderful, efficient, and professional They were able to pick out materials based on our "ideas" that were perfect. They were always on time and worked diligently. When they left each day everything was cleaned up.

At the end of the day, the project was done not only to our expectations but they exceeded those expectations.

The install American team came to my small home today and took out my 60 year old wooden windows and within six hours installed 14 new windows which gave my house an amazing facelift and it looks brand new now! Very professional crew super friendly and courteous I recommend them highly. The business manager was very friendly and flexible regarding a slight delay in my final payment. I felt like I was dealing with people I knew for years.👍🏻

My entire experience with Install America was excellent! It started with a visit from their sales manager Mike to provide the information about their windows as well the company 411 (60 years in business). Friendly, personable, straight up and no snake oil. Energy Star rated, low E-glass, double pane, argon gas filled. LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! Yes, please!

Next up was the call with Bill their project manager to schedule and coordinate the installation. Again friendly, personable, professional etc. I was informed that it would be about 2 weeks to build our windows. This after their field person Jack needed to come on site to get all the proper measurements.

Installation crew prompt, professional and courteous. They did have to work with both our dogs being in the way. Miguel, Brian and Wolfie got things done right on time. Excellent quality of work and explanation of how the windows operate (both sashes tilt easily for cleaning).

The job isn’t complete until all the clean up is done and they did a great job removing all construction debris!

Highly satisfied and would recommend anyone looking for new windows to consider Install America to get the job done. Did I mention LIFETIME WARRANTY!

We LOVE our new windows! The first thing we noticed was how they blocked out wind and cold. The second thing we noticed was how well they blocked out sound. Not to mention the flex screens, my favorite part. Anthony, our sales guy did a great job demonstrating how great these windows are at keeping heat in.

this place seems like a total scam. the bathroom in my home was redone for almost $40k & they have yet to finish it. i have lifetime warranty & they have been ignoring my family & i. (project started over a year ago) i’ve left over 50 voicemails, an email was sent including pictures of the most careless work possible, plus it was made with insanely cheap material. the seller also lied about almost everything including no mold buildup, that the water would be able to run while doing laundry, etc. they have yet to put my bathroom door on & it’s been almost 6 months since they had to come back and REDO what they did the first time. water seeps through their caulk lines, board levels are too high, i can go on but i’ll let pictures do the talking. i wouldn’t recommend this company to absolutely anybody. don’t waste your time or money. plus Dave (the owner i’m guessing) & the receptionist never answers or calls back. i’ll be going to the office soon to discuss since that feels like the only option left. i feel completely robbed.

Our experience with Install America has been satisfying so far. We were very lucky to have been assigned a great team lead by Justo Castillo with Johnny and Edgar These men were always very pleasant and courteous throughout the entire two and a half day process. Our project was bigger than the typical shower project. Studs had to be added. Plumbing had to be moved for both the shower and the sink. They were very meticulous about keeping our belongings safe from damage and dirt. They carefully moved all of our belongings that were in the way. When they left, everything was put back in its original place and all the debris and dust removed.
Justo and his team do excellent work. They used good quality materials and their workmanship was the best! We love our new Install America bathroom. (Though, in the picture, we still have some painting to do.)

Worse service! I never felt so scammed and taken advantage of. My kitchen measurement where take NOV 2023 project some what completed June 2024. Please do not use this company I am in SC and the service is horrible from David and Jeff absolutely rudeness no communication. This person should NEVER been in business, i never felt so durty dealing with this people.

The thermostats was install so high i could not reach and they expected me to deal with it.

install america finally got back to me and fixed what the subcontractors messed up to begin with .not install america but if i could give the subcontractor company a negative 10 i would .
I can honestly say my bathroom project which was my first install was a mess, and they need to research the subcontractors before sending them out bc they should be ashamed of themselves
while the people they sent out were originally nice , and seemed to work diligently, the communication was horrible, and in the end so was the bathroom .
it looked nice when they left but wasnt til after they left i found all the problems. leaky bath faucet with a bent pipe, completely wrong window i had to hold closed with styrofoam and trying to get a hold of someone in the beginning besides rude salespeople was ridiculous. when they finally did send someone from thier own company to fix the original issues , the manager robert and window guy Paul were very nice and helpful and fixed the original items i found wrong, keyword “found” wrong .
I understand people are human , and shortstaffed , but the subcontractors didnt even own up to their mistakes and apologize or anything, just tried to put blame on the customer not hearing properly, which was way off base. Robert from install america thank you for fixing what your subcontractors screwed up to begin with, i honestly wish they had sent you out to begin with bc it wouldve avoided all this mess. thank you

This team(husband and wife) were absolutely fantastic. That combination started us, and especially my wife, with calm and confidence. They showed care with every part of the process. And a completely professional wealth of knowledge for all phases of the job. They gladly listen to all of our concerns and went the extra mile to address them. We now have a new bathroom, ceiling to floor, wall to wall, even a new window!
