Install America

When we searched for roof installers CT Install America was the first to call. We set up an appointment for the salesman to come to the house the next day. Daniel was very knowledgeable and explained from start to finish everything including pricing. We were told it may take up to six weeks to schedule the install but were pleasantly surprised when is was scheduled in two weeks. A dumpster was delivered the day before this install. On the day of install five installers arrived shortly before 8:00AM and completed the work before 11:00am. They had tarps covering everything around the house and made sure everything was cleaned up very well. The job was completed on a Friday and the dumpster was picked up Tuesday morning. I requested before and after pictures of the roof and were received when the job was completed. Everyone involved was very polite and accommodating through the whole process and the job was well done. I would recommend CT Install America to anyone.

The work hasn't begun yet but so far the experience has been pleasant. Called me back promptly and left a message which was not the case with other vendors contacting me. I don't pick up the phone on unknown numbers, I wait till they leave a message then call them back. Well, most just kept calling and harassing without leaving a message. I found that most annoying especially on a Sunday afternoon. Install America called once and left a clear concise message. That's one of the reasons I went with them. In addition the sales person was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

They will be installing the windows in November.

Was disappointed. I know our old roof boards needed replaced and in contract it was stated all rotted wood would be replaced. They used about one half of one 4x8 sheet. I know most of the rotted wood is still up there. Representative said they used plywood but it was actually pressed flakeboard but as stated, very little was replaced. Job was done quickly and roofers worked very hard but probably felt pressured to get job done in a day. Never heard back from the company ... Was supposed to get a lifetime warranty. I'm sorry we didn't go with previous bid that was just about the same price but included all new wood.

Project is still in the manufacturing process. Scheduled for install in mid June

They did an amazing job. Very thorough cleaned everything up as went. Had 10 windows put in and they look awesome. Thank you very much.

Friendly and knowledgeable people from beginning to end. The whole process only took a few weeks from the time they they first showed up at our house to install. The crew was extremely efficient on install day and got our whole house done in one day. The windows not only look great but we are already noticing a difference on how the temperature inside is much more constant.

Our experience with Install America was great. We had two projects completed by them and both times they were great. They come when they say they'll be there, they are courteous, work quietly and clean up after. No complaints from us.
