Priced competitively, solar performing at or above predicted. Installation went smoothly.
Two stars off for post-sale customer service. There was an error in our sales contract. After multiple calls and emails (nearly all were ignored) over the last 3 months, I *think* it's being addressed/corrected.
If it actually gets corrected, I will change to a 4 star review.

My experience with ION Solar has been great in all stages. Shaun/Megan are the sales representatives that first came to my house and explained all the process, assessed my capacity needs and presented a competitive proposal and helped with the finance process of the project as well. ION Solar took care of everything, including city and suppliers permits. Installation was clean and fast. In all the years with the solar system I only had a panel disconnection which was addressed immediately.

Recently made decision to install Solar Panels and chose ION Solar as our provider. The process was seemless. They were professional, they communicated clearly every step of the way and completed the project in a timely manner. Since we received the ok from our existing power provider to turn solar system on, we have been a net exporter to the grid and we’ve been seeing a solid C02 reduction. Too soon to make an assessment of how it will work through an Oregon winter, but so far we are very pleased.

We initially had a contract with another company and they didn't contact me for several months so we switched to ION Solar and they paid the cancelation fee. They were quick with the process. It only took several hours for the install. The panels look nicer than the older ones with the grid pattern I've seen on some homes. I'm still waiting for the inspection from the utility company but don't anticipate any issues.

Not fully connected yet but so far the experience has been really great! The folks I have spoken with have all been professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. It’s so great not to have to worry about filing for permits or scheduling inspections as they take care of all those things. The install itself was fast and looks great! The communication has been really superb and helped me know what to expect each step of the way. Highly recommend.
