Just wanted to say a few word concerning our recent install. First, the call because we were interested in a shower.
The company then set a good time for both parties to discuss, in this case, the shower. We talk about the cost and time involved.
Next, appointment for measuring and time needed to complete the project. There are several emails and/or phone calls for updates, if any for scheduling.
The day of installing the shower was organized. The install was great. The employees were educated and trained on, what and how. They also, did the clean-up and covered the floors and steps.

I had 7 new replacement windows installed last week, and I have to say so far it was worth every penny. From the consultation, final measurements, and the day of installation, the entire process was flawless and completed within the specified time. Matt and Cody did the window installation and I couldn't recommend a better crew to do the job. They took the extra time to prep all areas being worked in and cleaned up behind themselves. They even stayed past 8 in the evening to complete the job in one day. The quality of the windows are beyond what I imagined, it's much quieter in my house and finally my heating seems to be more efficient. I highly recommend JFD to anyone looking to make this important investment in their home.

Wow! Such an amazing job done Joyce Factory Direct & BathPlanet! It was supposed to be a two-day job to re-do my shower but they finished it all in one day. It was a painless experience and very affordable. I'm now happy I have a wonderful updated shower. Will gladly do business with them again!

Our salesman was well informed and very thorough. We made the decision to purchase from Joyce in less than 30 minutes! We were ordering during the holiday season, but our windows arrived as promised! The weather was not as good as one would hope for, but, our installers, Matt and Corey "weathered" through and, as promised, our 18 windows were in and we are beyond satisfied! We love our new, beautiful windows and we recommend Joyce Windows to everyone!

I just had my old bathtub removed, and a larger, deeper tub with water jets installed by Joyce Factory Direct & BathPlanet. The 2 installers were punctual, courteous and a joy to have in my home. They were VERY careful to leave no mess behind them, and in 2 days I had a beautiful new tub/shower plus new tile on all 3 sides. I found the price to be very reasonable too! Joyce provides many services, and I will certainly use them again if I need any of the services they supply!

If you are looking for quality windows at a great price and great customer service then a Joyce Factory direct is your place. The salesman, Drew that came to our home was super nice and helpful. He was not pushy at all but explained their product and the product sold its self. It was a quick process and Drew walked us through it with ease. He was always available to answer any questions at any time. If you are looking for a great salesmen ask for Drew!

Once our windows were made and available to be put in they called us and installed it at our convenience. The crew that came were very caring and understanding of my cleanliness with my home and carpet. They took off their shoes without being asked. They also used dropped cloths where needed. They were so funny and great talking through out the day and the time flew by. They took their time and did the job right and watched for the finest details to make sure it looked great! Such a FANTASTIC GROUP OF WORKERS! I knew I was working with a great company when they were picky on how they installed my windows and they had absolutely nothing negative to say about their employer! I appreciated that so much! If you are looking into any home improvement services I highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct.

I had a simple project of having a patio roof installed. This would be replacing a canopy that requires a tear down every year and leaves my patio unusable. We didn't really know what to expect when this endeavor started. The professionalism displayed by everyone was very refreshing. They walked us through the steps and estimated time frames for each step. When the actual installation happened, it was incredibly efficient with very minimal disruption. In my instance this happened in under 4 hours. This definitely had the best possible outcome. They understood my needs/wants and exceeded that.

We had a wonderful experience with this company and would highly recommend them. The meetings before installation went well and the sales representative was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. All measurements were taken twice by two different representatives to be thorough. We were probably most impressed with the installation crew though. They were so friendly and respectful. It can be stressful and awkward to have strangers in your home (and our installation was a major project that took three full days) but these men were just wonderful. My son was even home sick during the installation process and they were so kind and patient with him. One of the crewmen even talked my son through the installation process of his own bedroom window and made him feel like he contributed. We will use this company in the future and recommend you do too.

Several months ago, I decided to give my house a new look or as they say in real estate, curb appeal. What I wanted was a new roof, new gutters, new down spouts and a new door. However, I didn’t want the finished product to look like the neighbors or any other house in my neighborhood. I wanted my house to reflect my personal taste and style.

Anyway, I heard about Joyce Factory Direct from a friend who had used the company to add a deck to their home and was happy with their work. Of course, I could have split the job up with other contractors. However, I asked myself, what can another contractor do, that Joyce cannot do. Besides, Joyce is a one top shop and their product line was exactly what I was looking for.

As with any major project, sometimes problems can occur. Joyce Factory Direct values the customer and has excellent customer service.

My house has curb appeal and I know it looks good. In fact, my neighbors tell me how much they like the new look. Thanks, JFD for making my dream come true.

On October 10, 2016 we purchased five (5) windows from Joyce Factory Direct for our house. After interviewing three other competitors and being in the construction profession myself, I did my due diligence in scoping all the competitors. We were impressed by how we were treated by the sales rep. (Brian Smith) and after numerous conversations to get a comfort level of future service we were convinced that Joyce would be a company that services a warranty call when needed.

The reason we selected Joyce Factory Direct was three fold.

1. Honesty for the onset from Brian Smith
2. No pressure in selling us windows for the entire house because we
couldn't afford it at the time.
3. The windows are made locally and therefore parts are readily
available for repairs and pricing was very competitive.

It's now been almost 3 years and the windows are holding up well and we just called Joyce back to discuss ordering the next set of windows to get us closer in completing our window replacement for our entire home. Again, with them be local we can choose the same windows that we purchased years ago so they all match.

We're happy with the entire process and we believe you will be too.
