Leaf Home Stair Lifts

I have the technician out here to replace the batteries two times. The machine has quit on us, while we are in the middle of the staircase. I have had to turn it off and turn it back on about 50 times to get my wife up to the top. I am very disappointed in the operation of this machine. It appears that something is shorting out the batteries. We may get two uses from this machine before it shuts down. Will you please provide us with a new machine

Took numerous calls when chair was inoperative . Service wasn’t restored for two weeks. The battery was bad after only being installed for four months! I can not recommend this company!!!!!!!!

Only stated using lift on September 20 and has been down twice first time 4 or 5 days this time it has been down since a week ago Saturday. We got this because my 19 year old grandson became a double amputee. Not happy at all would like it taken out. Would not recommend.

Chair is not working no one responded in a timely manner

Original promise of project to be done was not fulfilled. Second, project Mgr. didn't measure shower properly so shower door measurements was incorrect causing inconvenience to us property owner. Subcontractor was excellent on trying to meet homeowners expectations.

Our chairlift has been out for more than 10 days. We contacted you who then got in touch with our local distributor (Chris) who told me someone would service us last Friday afternoon. I had not heard by 2:15 and called to see what was up. Chris said he would call the installer and get back to me. Neither he nor the installer have contacted me since.

Your manual is also incomplete. It tells what the troubleshoot beeping means but does not tell us what steps to take. The installer also said that he would place the electrical outlet on the other side of the lift so that the electrical cord would not be a trip hazard. This is another example of local service unfulfilled.

Workers did not speak English or understand English, made a mess, left door open for long time.

The salesman told us that everything was local workers,office,installers the installer that came to our house was from out state Indiana, he was two half hours late,then he unloaded his truck to find out the materials were the wrong stuff,so he arranged for someone to meet him halfway to pickup the right stuff so that took another hour or so he didn’t leave our house until 6:30 pm. A little disappointed

Gaps between walls and pan, 1/2 in. Pieced walls at outside of pan.2×s. Won't return phone calls. Didn't fully explain you on get 1 shower door bar. One day no show, no call. Craftsmanship could have been alot better.

The job did not look professional done. To many incomplete areas. Staff was very nice but the craftsmanship is not good. A lot of misleading at the beginning. When the sales person came to your house they make you believe that you’re getting a professional job and that the work is going to be done by the company employee and not by subcontractors. if I would’ve known I was getting a subcontractor I would have made another choice and hired another company. Now I feel like I’m stuck with something that is not up to par and I’ve paid too much money for the shower for it to look like this. I will never hire this company again. It was really bad when the person came in to see the non-professional job he said I was just to detail. What this company can do better is to be honest and upfront with people and let them know that the pictures they are showing homeowners
It’s not what you will get. The will bathroom will not look like that and that they use subcontractors and they do not have employees that works for the company.
