Technicians Christian, Jason, Josh exceeded my expectations. Arrived on time ready to begin work installing new central air unit and A-coil. When unforeseen circumstances were encountered, they were expertly handled and quickly mitigated, and work was accomplished in much less time than I had anticipated. 10/10 experience and customer care / communication. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

The whole process started with Jeff Luce coming out and checking our furnace on a maintenance plan and discovered a crack in the heat exchanger. From this point forward we asked for three estimates replacing the heat exchanger, replacing the furnace, and replacing furnace and air conditioner. After discussing everything with my wife we decided to go and replace everything.
I called Jeff the next day and we set up next day installation for his team to arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 which worked out great.
Dylan Grant and Alex were the three guys that were sent out, and they did an excellent job installing everything let me know what they were doing as they were going and when they got done they did all the testing that needed to be done, and showed me everything that I needed to know about both systems and how to operate the new thermostat. They cleaned up thoroughly got all of their stuff out got their truck loaded and away they went.
I would like to think Dillion,Grant, and Alex for doing such a great job and would recommend these guys anytime. I'd also like to say I would recommend Logan services also for getting this done so quickly

Called Logan Services yesterday because our furnace went out on Tuesday afternoon and our original furnace guy was on vacation and wasn’t going to be back until later next week and we needed heat asap. Steven, the sales representative, came out Wednesday and went through and explained everything so well. Showed us all our options for a new furnace and a/c unit. When Kyle and Hakim showed up Thursday morning, they explained what they were going to do and got right to work. It was very cold and was 49° in our house and they powered right through it. Once they were done, they went through and explained what they had done and asked if we had any questions/concerns. Very polite, made sure everything was in check and didn’t leave until things were up and running well. Will recommend Logan Services to everyone I know!

I had Logan Services replace my complete HVAC system and my water heater. The crew of Jared, Josh, and Romeo arrived when promised and confirmed with me the work they were about to do. It matched what was in my quote and they started at about 9:30 AM and completed everything including demo, installation, startup, cleanup, and instructions on the new equipment by about 4 PM. They appeared to be a very competent team that worked well together. They were very personable and answered/explained any and all of my questions. The installation looks good and I am very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to use their services again. Hopefully I won’t have to for many years to come! 😀👍

We used Logan Services, AC and Heat to install our new furnace and air conditioning for our home. My wife and I were very impressed with the representative that came out to talk about their products and what Logan Services offers in a new furnace and air conditioning. The representative was Zane, a very professional individual with vast knowledge of not only the products that Logan Services has but 20 plus years in the business with install experience and actually servicing the units as well. He was punctual and very details about explaining all of the processes with us from the install time frames, to the product itself and financing as well.
The second part of this process was the install itself which that was done by Christian and Jason. They were punctual and very professional during the whole process. They explained everything they would be doing and the time frame of when it would be completed. It was a seamless process for the install and when they were done they not only explained the components on our furnace and air conditioning unit but actually demonstrated how to change the filters, changing the humidifier to winter and summer mode and demonstrated the use of our new thermostat. I would highly recommend them to anyone. In addition, I checked with a friend of mine that does commercial HVAC and he said the price was a fair price for what we got. He added that the comfort level we would get out of our system would be greatly appreciate and the system would more that pay for itself before the warranty would be up on it. Thank you Logan Services for the professional service that you provide.

Logan Services did a great job replacing my two furnaces and heat pumps! The sale support was excellent and the installer were professional and extremely friendly and did a fantastic job! I also got a great price! Very happy customer!

Tyler explained in easy to understand terms the pros and cons of all their systems for our lifestyle needs. He provided discount options we were unaware of, which helped in our decision to purchase the state-of-the-art Trane XV Series A/C and XCm Furnace system.

The installers, Michael and Carter, arrived promptly at 9:00AM the next morning. After a quick site inspection, the two immediately set to work dismantling our 30-35 year old system. They were polite, courteous, and organized. Any questions we had during installation were professionally answered by both men. They had the new system installed, tested, and explained to us in just 8 hours!

Overall, we would recommend Logan Services to our neighbors and friends for any of their HVAC needs. Great people to work with!

Our air conditioning unit and water heater stopped working around the same time and it has been so miserable for my daughter and me with the temperature in our house sometimes reaching 90 degrees. I did a Google search and am SO GLAD I came across Logan A/C & Heat Service. Their representative, Brandon, came to my home and did a thorough inspection, explained the different units that were offered, explained various payment/financing options, and left an estimate/company information for me to read. I was also given multiple discounts which drastically lowered my final price. I thought I was going to have to find two different companies (one for the A/C unit and one for the water heater) but to my surprise they were able to do both all in one day! Christian arrived at my home on time and explained the instillation process as well as how long everything would take. He wore shoe protectors and had informative answers for any question I had. The entire installation process took around 7 hours and not one piece of trash was left on my basement floor when they were finished. I am a nurse who works night shift and they were great with working around my crazy work/sleep schedule. Prior to each appointment I was sent text messages regarding arrival times, as well as pictures of who would be coming to my home. I really appreciated that and feel that all instillation companies should do it as well. I made sure to get other estimates but Logan’s had the lowest price and the BEST customer service of any company I talked to. I will refer anyone I know to them and won’t hesitate to call them again in the future should the need arise. Thank You So Much!

We could not be happier with the service and installation! Mike gave us the quote and worked to ensure and old, inefficient unit was replaced properly and have the outcome be aesthetically pleasing, as well as work to cool (and later heat) our home. The installation team of Shane, James and Jason were awesome! We went from one undersized unit to two perfectly sized units and our home has never felt better. Yesterday was hot and humid and for the first time in TEN years, our home is comfortable and the A/C units didn't struggle to keep up. I used to think I "needed" the house set at 68 or lower. Nope, it was just that the old unit could not keep up. Shane and crew not only installed new units but our duct work was completely redone and it's WONDERFUL. The old 1980's duct work from when this house was built was certainly less than insulated in a VERY hot attic. These guys worked three very long and hot days to get our a/c working perfectly. They were courteous and clean and explained things very well. I highly recommend Logan A/C & Heat Services for anyone who even has a question about their existing systems. Darren and Alex arrived on time for a full central HVAC replacement. Both employees were courteous and professional despite a very long day. They removed and replaced our entire system in a single day and showed us the install, care and operation of our new Trane system. They took several extra steps to make sure they left no trace and respected our property by placing drop cloths everywhere they worked. Afterwards they cleaned the work area and took all trash/excess supplies with them. This is the second home we have used Logan in the last 12 months and will continue to use them for any further needs. Highly recommend Logan Heating and AC services!
