I recently hired Luxury Bath of the Gulf Coast for a bathroom renovation, and it was the worst decision I could have made. This company, formerly Direct Source Renovations, has completely fallen apart since the switch. The communication was absolutely abysmal. I was constantly left in the dark about the project timeline and status. Calls and emails went unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. When I finally did get a response, it was vague and unhelpful.

The service was just as bad. The workers were frequently late or didn't show up at all. When they did manage to appear, they were unprofessional and sloppy. The quality of work was shockingly poor – tiles were misaligned, grout was uneven, and fixtures were installed incorrectly. It was clear they didn't care about doing a good job.

To make matters worse, they charged me way more than the initial quote and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with Luxury Bath of the Gulf Coast. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs!

Working with this company made life so much easier on my family and I. Due to the horrible weather in south-eastern Louisiana, the interior of my house has taken a beating. Thankfully this company was able to provide me with great service and an even better product.

Luxury Bath is nothing short of the name. The crew did a great job and my bathroom looks great because of it.

He ensured that All of my questions were answered and provided advice regarding cleaning my new beautifully installed shower. I will recommend Direct Source moving forward and hope you get Mike as the installer.

There are many red flashing warning lights I should have paid attention to with this company. From the beginning, our patio cover has leaked in many different spots...from the seams where the patio cover meets the roof and where the patio cover panels connect. We have reached out multiple different times over the course of months to remedy this, but every solution performed by Direct Source has failed. Other times, we have struggled to even solicit a response from them. This patio cover is under 18 months old and this sort of issue is unacceptable. The owner and management are unprofessional and seem to only be interested in taking your money for the job and then moving onto the next project.

Below are photos of the current leak on the patio (we've had several other leaks) and their shoddy fix (of previous leaks). I suggest...avoid this company at all costs.

Very poor Workmanship! My roof has been leaking since day 1, and that's been a Lil over 1 yr ago installed. My roof Did Not leak before installation. My roof needed to be replaced from old age. I have called countless times only to get a person periodically named (Jimmy or Robert) OWNERS.....they kept sending the same lil fellow out that would stand on my porch with tubes of Silicone glue in his hands saying, (I do not know why your roof leak.)
Well the have Shingles stacked on top of my Skylights causing a lip to catch the rain and pour inside of the roof. In which case I had another roofing company come out to see the problem and they explained that the shingles go underneath the flashing around the skylights so the rain will flow on the outside of the roof instead of inside. So, now I've had to pay another roofing company to correct this problem. Direct Source should have caught this if they would have sent a Supervisor out to assess the problem. They have even Blocked my number. Real Professionalism.

They came out to quote me on powder coated aluminum shutters for 6 windows and the quote was nearly 3 times what other companies quoted me. I was quoted $16k from Direct Source and another highly reputable shutter company was $6k for the same shutters. I'd recommend looking elsewhere. They are not even close to being competitive.
