Trevor was the service tech and he was very polite and professional. Had it not been for his attention to detail and professionalism I would not be able to leave a positive review. The estimated time was not quoted accurately but due to Trevor I’m still able to leave a satisfied review.

We were given a full overview and an estimate of potential work to be done. The rep Luke was extremely professional and provided an in depth explanation of equipment, installation, costs as well as warranties.. One Hour was one of a few companies that we had to come out to provide an estimate but with all of the information that was given and questions answered we are more than confident One Hour has won our business. We don't feel that there will be short cuts taken and we will get all of our options presented upfront.

This company is awesome. The service people are very professional, caring, and friendly. I have just been in awe by all the One Hour Personnel. This summer has been very hot. One Hour Personnel came to my house and made the needed adjustments to our cooling system. They provided recommendations to get the best benefits from our cooling system. I am so glad I choose One Hour over some of the other leading companies.

Let me just say it was all roller coaster ride to get the new unit up and running. Original visit was great! Then just kinda went downhill afterwards. However, I got to say thank God for Mr. Wiley Fulkerson! He was amazing, got our system up and running in a matter of seconds once he walked in the door and took the time to verified everything with the installation before he left. This company truly needs more employees like him, very knowledgeable and great customer service. Thank you so much for making our experience a lot better. I have to thank Ms. Sabrina who answered the phones as well for all her help, understanding and getting such an amazing tech out our way to help resolve our issues. They have truly turned the whole experience around for us and gave us back that initial trust we had for the company. I am now happy to say I am one happy customer with our new installation up and running.

These guys were great. They did a great job explaining everything. Great warranty for a new unit and 24/7 customer service. I had used them at the beginning of August when my unit went down and they came at 10:30p to fix it. No extra charge on the service fee.

At first I was satisfied with the technician and salesman until it was time for bed and it got hotter than before we called. Fortunately my daughter is a handyman and was able to assess the issue and got the unit working again. I was told we needed a new condenser and to recharge the unit. The technician stated that it would cost $1000.00 a pound to recharge it but they did not carry that type of Freon due to it being so expensive. I normally pay my normal a/c guy $20 a pound to charge it which was a shock at first. My usual a/c technician has already recommended a new unit but he has been so understanding due to the economy. I couldn’t afford a new one at the time. So when I was told my unit is 20+ years old and I would need a new one I was open for a quote and schedule for next day installation. Back to it being hotter than before my service. I didn’t know my daughter was watching and listening to the technician check the unit. I had the unit charged before the season and it has been hot so it being low on Freon wasn’t a question. My daughter found that the power to the condenser had two power wire that are pulled up so they had no contact . She pushed the wires down and the outside unit kicked on and it started cooling down again. I will be canceling my appointment I made for the morning and getting a few more quotes from other competitors. This was a bad experience and I am grateful my daughter is knowledgeable enough to correct their scam.

This company did not disappoint and Rocky was awesome! I wasn’t too optimistic about getting anyone to come out on a Saturday, late afternoon, but this company surpassed my expectations. My AC was fixed in no time. I really appreciate their efficiency and professionalism. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them based on my experience.
