Thank you Payless for our kitchen remodel. Adam our sales representative was amazing and straightforward with all his facts. They had great recommendations. Mary Grace was a great project coordinator. Any issues that came up they corrected it.She was very communicative and tried to accommodate all my requests. Definitely recommend.

Payless kitchen and bath just completed our bathroom tub to shower conversation and we could not be happier with the outcome,our project manager Eric did a very good job keeping us informed and updated along the way, I can not say enough good things about Jessi our installer who completed the job in less than the three days that was promised and was one of the most pleasant people to work with, overall we are very happy with this company and our new shower.

What can say, I love love love my bathroom! Take a look at the before and after pictures. As a single woman trying to manage the cost of a renovation, I was really happy Sean worked with my limited budget to give me the bathroom I’ve been wanting for over 10 years. I designed the black & white concept years ago and couldn’t wait to see my design work materialize.
I can’t say enough about the project manager Carlos. Carlos sent out a team of guys who were super fast and persnickety. It would have only took 4 days for me to get a new bathroom, but after installing my new deep soaker tub and shower setup, one of the workers noticed a scratch on the tub. They showed it to me and told me they had to tear everything out and start over again. I was shocked, but I realized how grateful I was that he saw this minor scratch and was willing to go through another day of work to deliver perfection. That says a lot to me. Ask me if I’d hire Payless Bath again, YES!

Pros:
kitchen looks amazing
The contracted workers are amazing. (Electrician made a mistake left wires, but they corrected immediately, we contacted them directly vs contacting the project manager).
Cons:
Project manager (look at text messages), would not respond at times. literally begging for them to correct a mistake on their end.
Took longer than anticipated
Still left work undone (see one of the pictures for crooked cut )
The little details see molding on cabinet.
I had to correct some of the work myself (like the crack on molding )
Biggest headaches was the kitchen cabinets. (cut my floor , fridge door wouldn't open).
Sales rep promised they would put up floating shelves however, project manager told us they can only put up what they provide and because it was not stated in the contract. (Our mistake)
I wouldn't rehire/recommend them as a company. If you do, make sure everything is in the contract .. EVERYTHING.
I would recommend the electricians and the tile guys they did amazing work.

Had a great experience with this company. The workers were amazing and very good at what they do. Our 2 showers came out great and beautiful. The project manager, Mary was very helpful and have been great as well! Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

I can’t believe how my kitchen turned out. Payless worked seamlessly with my contractor to complete my kitchen.
I love the white and airy feel we have now. And they were able to work around the vintage brick. Very big thank you to Carlos, Juan and Sean for their professionalism.
