The consultation visit to get an estimate was a no pressure appointment we were not pressed to make our decision that evening with scare tactics that price given was only good for a decision made that night. Like the fact windows have insulation in the interior of the window and a great warranty. Professional install finished the 10 windows we replaced in 1 day and they did am excellent job cleaning up debris and hauled off old windows.

Then came the installation which was amazing. One day for 6 windows including custom work in addition to windows. Gabriel was the crew boss and was impressive in his ability to handle all issues! We hired pinnacle for a new roof 15 months ago. We were very impressed with the quality of the materials and the guarantee they offer. Our roof was pretty old and had some difficult spots. They worked hard to give us a durable long lasting roof. We got quotes from 3 other roofing companies before pinnacle and Pinnacle was the most expensive but you get what you pay for. Pinnacle was also the only company to give a very detailed presentation of the materials, options, timeline and what to expect overall. The salesmen spent a lot of time with us and heard all of our concerns and answered all our questions. They were able to offer us financing with good credit, couldn’t have done it without that! The payments are manageable and problem free. We couldn’t be happier with the results. After 15 months with lots of storms and rain we have not had any issues. Everything is holding up very well. Even the flashing around the chimney had always been a huge problem area with leaking
and they took care of that perfectly. The staff has been quick to respond/resolve any questions or concerns i had. 10/10 recommend. Very professional and very kind.

I was so impressed with the work done on my home. The team was awesome, friendly,
Courteous. There was a lot going on with the yard being full of material. When they finished the yard looked as if nothing had been there. When I was given a time for the work to start and finished it was completed just as they said. I even looked for things they told that would be done to see if they really did it. Guess what I fiound? Absolutely nothing. It was perfect. My neighbor told me that they loved it. A friend told me that she was jealous. I love the way the house looks now.

My husband’s and I could not be more thrilled with our new Pinnacle Windows. The old place needed a face lift and the windows did the trick. We have already called them back to do more work.
