The sales associates fail to mention hidden fees and extra costs. They come to your home, pressure you into checking your credit, and then stare at you while you read through huge contracts and sign them on the spot. We were given false information, so we moved forward and then come to find out there is an extra charge besides the $76,000 loan. Conveniently, they schedule the inspection date past the no fee cancellation date. Quite the scam.

BEWARE:These people take advantage of people.. they came to my elderly parents house and got them to sign up for the solar panel's,mind you the contract is all done on a computer and there is no paperwork.
My parents decided after really taking the time and thought about it that they did not want to go forward with the 64,000 they were going to be charged they decided to cancel..then they are told “we will be charging you 1,000 cancellation fee and we do not accept payments we want it upfront”. My parents were not aware of this fee nothing of this was told to them (but in fine print,my parents again elderly and with poor vision), they would have never signed up on spur of the moment after being pressured if they had know this.
They now get harassed daily with texts and phone calls- minimum of 3x a day telling them to square up with the 1,000 payment.This is not right and people should be told upfront what they are getting into, my parents don’t do technology this was them being taken advantage of,thank god I have found out about this because I have a very good lawyer looking into this.

I worked with Trevor out of the Bend PureLight office, which is linked to their Medford location - and the whole process was so smooth and everyone was so friendly, professional, honest, and downright efficient! Trevor was awesome, the installers also awesome, quick and clean. The longest part of the process was getting inspections completed, and getting Pacific Power to install our net meter. We are just starting to see how much power we are adding back into the grid, and so excited to be creating our own power!!

Purelight Power has been professional and provided excellent communication through the entire process. Purelight was recommended to me by my realtor because I knew I would need a roof while looking at solar power. After being in a few different positions that I ended up paying more than I should have, I had many questions for the first tech who came out to see me. The tech was able to answer all my questions, and if he wasn’t sure, he was able to find out all my questions. Purelight was able to provide me multiple quote’s depending on which option I chose such as replacing my roof then solar panels, just replace the solar panels with no new roof, add solar panels now then replace roof later, or use a different company to replace the roof. It was easier for me to bundle my roof and solar panels and was provided with a great price and great warranties. I have been so happy with the results and I will be recommending Purelight to anyone who asks about solar panels.

I’ve been BEYOND Impressed with every step in this process of getting a new roof and solar panels. Sean Skinner specifically has been a major help in guiding us through every step. I don’t remember names beyond Sean but the initial inspection was very easy and the guy was professional and very respectful! We just had our roof finished which is BEAUTIFUL , the gentleman that took off our previous roof and installed the new one did a fantastic job. They were professional and respectful as well. They did an awesome job on cleanup I have yet to find a nail which I expected I would find a few. We are on to the next step of getting our panels installed and they have been on top of it every step of the way! Cannot recommend them enough!

All our interactions with the staff from Purelight have been absolutely positive. Max Goldman, the Sales Manager, came to our home and gave an excellent presentation about their product. He answered all our questions, and was so straightforward, honest, and informative. Once we committed, every member of their team was, like Max, friendly, hardworking, and efficient. Now that the installation is complete, Madison Henebry, their Post-Install Experience Manager, came to our home today to set up our monitor and app so we can keep track of how our panels are working. She was delightful to work with. Thanks to every team member who made the entire process smooth and glitch-free! It was a pleasure to work with people who truly believe in their product and who are committed to excellent customer service.

We have been very impressed with everyone at Purelight Power. The install crew was great and very patient with our dogs who had to investigate everything they did. They cleaned up completely after they finished installing the panels also. Tanner and Shaun were super helpful and explained everything to us.
The panels look nice and we are excited about going solar!
