Aaron was great. He was very thorough and answered every question we had. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured to make a decision but after working with Aaron we are leaning towards the purchase.

Patrick was on time, very easy to work with, organized and answered all our questions. He definitely reflected the positive reviews that Rose Remodeling has on line. The ‘sign now’ price was $4K less than the 30 day price but this kind of marketing can be a real turn off. We were not ready to sign as this was our first interview. A good experience with a great sales person; now we’ll see how this offer compares to the following two.

Rose Remodeling remodeled my place recently, and the bathroom came out as expected. I give them one star because they are very poor communicators. They don't return a call; they only respond to emails when collecting payment. They took my deposit and forgot about me until I became persistent in contacting them by email and phone to get a tentative timeline. One morning, the demolition crew showed up unexpectedly, and the work began. The real problem was that after they finished the day they finished, I noticed that the water line to my toilet was turned off. I didn't think much of it and turned it back on within a few days. It started leaking, and upon inspecting it, I noticed it had a fresh coat of silicon on the base of the house right before the bolt that was not there before. It looks like they tried to seal the damaged hose. I called to inform Rose Remodeling about my issue and Its been two days and I still haven't gotten a call from Rose Remodeling its been radio silence. Its clear they only care about their payments and not their customers. Do your self a favor a find a contractor that not only does quality work, but has a acute attention to detail and exemplary customer service Rose Remodeling is not it.

Patrick was awesome!! He was friendly, prepared, as enthusiastic as we were about our build. He was helpful, knowledgeable and understood what we wanted and wasn't pushy about the sale.. If the workman are just as polite and knowledgeable then this is a dream come true.... THANK YOU, ROSE REMODELING!!

My experience with Rose Remolding has been nothing short of stellar. Eric was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I really enjoyed speaking with him and he presented me with all the options available for me too decide on the best course of action. There was no pressure to make any decisions. It wasn’t a stressful experience like some are when the sales person or technician pressures you into making a decision. I would definitely consider Rose remodeling for any future projects around my home that I might have in mind.

Just signed a contract for a bath remodel with Steve at Rose Remodeling! He was great to work with, highly knowledgable, very detailed and caring. It’s hard to find design consultants within a remodeling/construction agency that really listen to what you need and make pertinent recommendations. Excited to start the process in January!

First I was impressed that Sheri arrived at 10:00 when I was given the window of 10-11. Arriving at the beginning of the window was much appreciated. Next I was impressed with her wanting me to know about Rose Remodeling. Mostly I was impressed with her expertise, her excellent listening skills, and her desire to find just the right pattern for my bathroom. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Aaron's presentation was very informative and well done. My Uncle Joe and I were pleased and will get back to him after our meeting with all concerned.

We had an appointment with Morgan yesterday,, He was prompt! A very nice young man, who knew what he was selling. After checking out my small bathroom, we sat at the dining room table and talked business. I was extremely happy to find out that I wasn't going to have to pay an arm and a leg to get what I wanted done in my bathroom. There was no pressure in making up my mind to let this company fulfill my wishes of having my tub removed and having a walk in shower installed.. The products that were offered were of fantastic quality, and when Morgan is finished with product, I will be enthusiasticaly happy to show my beautiful shower! We are considering a full bathroom makeover.
