They installed a completely new system in our house. Incredible experience! From start to finish everything was a "breeze". They accomplished it in one day with a fantastic team of installers. Also had to work in some not so easy places! So happy I chose them for the job, and all of my needs from here on out!

Time will tell if it's good value. Hope so. Ian was quick to figure out the problem and provided clear photos and video of the condition. John is very knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. Kyle and Matt did a great job installing the new system. All men are very professional, thorough, and good communicators.

Dylan was our comfort specialist. Nice young man that served our country. He assessed our situation and equipment and found our unit was 18 years old. We had recently purchased our home and am new to the Cincinnati area. Dylan was not pushy. We chose the most cost effective unit to fit our budget. The next day a crew of 6 showed up at my house and by 2:00 had AC. Mark and his crew were amazing form start to finish. Putting down drop cloth all the way from the door mechanical room. After the job was completed they cleaned up as if they were never there. I would recommend them for any of their services.

Cody came out to assess our hot water heater problems. Really appreciated the fact that he was on time and professional. He described in detail our options as far as repairing the one we have or purchasing a new one. We were very satisfied with his work and he seem genuinely interested in our well-being. We are scheduled to have a new water heater installed tomorrow. So happy that we were able to get in quickly. Very nice young man.

Kyle was professional and very knowledgeable about the system and answered every question I had. He was efficient and fast! I would highly recommend him! I will for sure be using Schneller Knochelmann in the future for all my heating and air needs.

If you are looking for a new plumber you should definitely hire Schneller and Knochelmann. Our bathroom faucet handle had broke and we needed a new faucet installed. I called and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. They gave us a quote on sight for exactly how much it was going to cost (not an hourly bid). We had to order our new faucet but once I knew the date of delivery they were able to come the very next day to fix it for us. Chad was super and nice and very knowledgeable. We are super happy we chose them and will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing needs.

After discovering a frozen coil I called the business and was given a next day appointment. Andrew showed up on time and diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes. After giving me several options for repair I opted to go with an installment of a new system due to the age of my AC and cost of R22. Mark was able to stop by an hour later, measure my system and walk me through my options. He answered all my questions, was honest and upfront. I elected for an installation of a new AC and Furnace due to their competitive pricing and great equipment offered. The install team showed up the next day and David introduced himself and what he’d be doing. Throughout the course of the day he kept me in the loop, didn’t mind my hovering and answered all of my questions. After they finished they cleaned up, walked me through my new system and left. I am beyond pleased with everything I was offered, from the service, sales, and installation. Great company and phenomenal staff. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

I would not vote them best I had them for 8 years and stayed on there maintenance program. Last summer they come out tell us our ac unit is shot and we need a new one fyi it was working fine. Told us we were 20 pounds low on freon. Was not nice about it all when I had questions. So I called out Boone maintenance for a second opinion I wasn't even a pound low on freon. Usually they call to check on the service, they never did they didn't even question why I would take my business elsewhere after 8 years. If I'm voting it sure ain't for that service!!!!

Schneller and Knochelmann go above and beyond the call of duty every time! Clean, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, affordable! It speaks volumes when your technician, outright praises the owner, saying "You can tell Kris Knochelmann really cares about his team!" Way to go! We won't call anyone else. Cheers!

We had a whole house humidifier installed by Mark and we're pleased with the results. I waited a month to write the review just to see how the system recommended functioned. The installation itself went smoothly and Mark produced neat, professional results. The system is running as expected and doing the job we wanted. We have an indoor hygrometer and our humidity levels have gone from desert dry to comfortable and static free.
