I can’t express in words my experience with this company! After remodeling 2 houses and dealing with so many contractor, spectrum renovation is by far the best experience ever. Mr. Gio was not only professional and responsible but very knowledgeable of the whole process. My roof was done in early April of 2023 and he still answers my call or any questions I may have. That’s what I call excellent customer service. I’ll recommended him with out a doubt.

We got our roof redone. Gio and his team did a great job. It was hard to get a proposal from other roofing companies. Gio was detailed in his proposal and it was nice to see the end result. Overall, we love our new roof and would highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the results and have received compliments on the new roof from neighbors. They also improved the ventilation in my attic by adding more vent, therefore reducing my electric bill. I would recommend Spectrum renovation to anyone looking for a roofing company.

Spectrum did an amazing job! They are very professional and diligent. The job was set to take 3 days and it did! No delays! They cleaned up after each work day, which was important to us having a small child. They took care of all the city permits, inspection process, and even coordinating the wind mitigation inspection. They were on time each day, very communicative and professional. I definitely recommend Spectrum to anyone needed any roof work done.
