Statewide Windows & Doors

I would like to share with you that Statewide made the process of changing out my windows and doors very easy. There were no pushy sales tactics, the pricing was reasonable, the communication between the office staff, the sales manager, down to the project manager was on point. Most important of all; the quality of the windows and doors, as well as the installation is beautiful!

Statewide just finished the installation of hurricane doors and windows on my house the week, and I can't say enough about how how fantastic our experience was with them, start to finish. The products are absolutely stellar, and the installation was above and beyond what I expected, both with how they protected the inside my house from the construction dirt and debris, and how they actually installed, reframed, answered all of my questions, and listened to me. The communication was easy and clear with the team, and now that it's done, I could not be happier. Thank you Statewide for protecting my home and my family not only from hurricanes and South Florida weather, but from break ins and intruders too! You're the best!!!

Very happy with my new hurricane rated windows and doors. Great experience from Jimmy in sales and Jimmy who measured. Very impressed with Victor's team on installation, professional and punctual, a job well done! Project manager Barb was very forthcoming with updates and helped ease my ansy nerves with delay of door. Even the inspector was impressed was with the quality of the windows and doors, as I am. Exceptional! From sales through the final inspection, Statewide Windows has proven to have best customer service (better than I've experienced in a very long time.) Everyone is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They take their time, explain everything and they make the process easy and hassle free. The installers, Manny and Felix were amazing! they knew what they were doing, they were pleasant, friendly and honest! What more could I ask for? I highly recommend Statewide Windows to anyone considering window and door replacement.

01/27/2025 - Update - Stateside have now completed our installation. The last 2 installers that came were very professional and very polite and completed the job to a good standard. We did receive a call from the owner checking that everything had been completed and to see if we were happy with the outcome which was very much appreciated.

Fantastic service to start with. Installation occurred 5 months later, installation team were very messy and didn’t clear up properly. Some of the window frames are scratched. 2 windows have leaked but we have been told that that is normal for that design. Where they have done sealing, I think a 5 year old could have done better. There are gaps all over where the trims have been added. We are now maybe one month after installation, paid in full and the job still isn’t finished. Not happy with this especially after how much we have paid! I will say that our new doors and windows do look good from the outside, we just want the job finishing and things tidying up internally!

Best Window Company after 10 quotes… Best quality for the price, best folks to work with seamlessly through all the phases. Great communication and expert in house installers (not 3rd party) and took great care inside and outside my house! County inspector said they were the best windows on the market! I am so grateful to Statewide and I love my new windows!
