The Bath Authority-FC

Bathroom remodel January 2025. We worked with Scott Nelson on getting our project planned and quoted. He was very helpful making sure we got everything planned. Everything that came to the house was correct with problems. Daniel Zigler did the install. We have never seen anyone work that hard. He did the entire job himself other than carrying up the tub and putting it in place. His workmanship is top-notch. We had the tub replaced, the surround put in, new flooring, and a new vanity. We love it. I would definitely recommend these two guys if you need a bathroom remodeled.

We were extremely impressed with Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, and was very careful when moving materials in and out of our home. I was also impressed by the way he interacted with his apprentice, patient and kind while instructing him throughout the job. There are a few details still to be completed before our install is fully done, but my bathroom looks awesome already and will be even better once we decide on the paint!!

I was nervous about changing the bath into just a shower. But, my sales rep was wonderful in addressing my concerns. The installers Zand and Nick I can’t say enough about, they were wonderful. They allowed me to check on the progress any time during the day, made sure I didn’t have any questions and kept me updated as to what they were going to be doing next. I love my shower.

We were very happy with our tub to shower conversion, from the experience of working with The Bath Authority, to the installation to the final product. Our family enjoyed the new, beautiful shower over the holiday weekend.

My wife and I couldn’t have had a better experience with The Bath Authority! We felt extraordinarily comfortable from the beginning with our amazing Sales Rep. John to the two wonderful men Pete and PJ who installed our GORGEOUS walk-in shower!! They all were very kind, respectful, helpful, engaging, and understanding of what we wanted! We recently remodeled our Bathroom with The Bath Authority. I could not be more pleased with the Installers Kenny and Rose, they were professional and respectful. Kenny explained the cleaning process with details. They did an excellent job. I love the quality of my new bathroom, it looks amazing! I highly recommend The Bath Authority!

Pete and his team did an excellent job! They were punctual, professional, and met their guarantee of finishing in 1-2 days. When they were all done everything was clean as if they weren't even there. Thanks alot bath authority I love my new shower!

Awesome experience with The Bath Authority from start to finish. Daniel Zigler is a first-class installer. He took care of our house like it was his own. Simply perfection! Give that man a raise! Photos with the gold doors and fixtures are "before" pics.

I actually don’t think this project could have gone worse. It took over a week and it’s still not done 3 weeks later because parts were damaged and I’ve had zero communication as to when the proper parts are going to be installed. It looks badly done the finishes look like an amateur did them. I did not want the siding to go past the tub but they had already cut it that way before I could say anything, damage done would have to order a whole new siding and wait even longer. Not worth the money. Probably going to have another company come in to fix all the problems they caused. Super excited to pay for this twice on one income

Edit: after a few months they did eventually send someone out to fix all the problems and I’m much happier with the end result. If it wouldn’t have taken two months from start to finish I’d be even happier.
